You quickly curled the last strand of hair. You took a quick look to see that there weren't too many flyaways. Feeling relief wash over you, you grabbed the hair spray giving your new style a mist of hair spray.
You then put a dab of lip gloss on your lips, as you gave them a quick smack before looking at the time. He was gonna be here in five minutes....
Luke was your new boyfriend, who you had surprisingly met in a coffeeshop when he wasn't rocking up the stage with his band 5 Seconds of Summer. You two had done the couple dates before making it official.
You then heard a knock at the door, as you smoothed out your summer dress before walking to the door and opening it to reveal Luke himself. He was wearing a clean fitted plaid shirt, with a pair of clean black jeans. He was biting him lip, lip ring in his teeth. Damn he was hot when he did that.
You smiled at him and said "Hey Luke." He looked up at you and his jaw dropped. "Oh wow...(Y/N) you're....you're gorgeous...." he said awkwardly coughing and blushing afterwards.
"Should we go?" You asked before Luke regained himself and said "Yeah we should." You smiled a little at his nerves and gently reached down to intwine your hand with his and he immediately squeezed it back, relaxing.
Luke took you two to a small park, and you saw he had set up a little area, complete with a little picnic blanket and weaved basket. "Oh my gosh Luke...." you said quietly, and Luke looked to you and asked "Is it okay? If you want I can actually take you somewhere else I mean I decided to make the sandwiches myself but I don't think you'll like it all and-" "Shh....it's perfect Luke it really is. It's the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me." you said nuzzling against him as he took a deep breath.
"I don't know if you're gonna like it though!" Luke pouted and you rolled your eyes giving him a small peck and saying "Luke anything you do is either adorable, sweet or sexy. So I'm gonna like it either way!"
Luke blushed a little and you two talked and laughed and he told you about some weird fan experiences while you told him about the craziness that used to take place at your school like the one time a student actually got the the roof to get a soccer ball and couldn't get down.
Eventually you two just laid on your backs, staring up at the few stars that dotted the night sky. "It's gorgeous isn't it?" you said aloud and Luke looked at you and opened his mouth and you then said "And don't tell me it's not as gorgeous as me. Let's not be too corny."
Luke laughed a little as you then snuggled up next to him and he then said "Well I'm not gonna deny you're pretty beautiful." You looked up at him and smiled again before you gave him another kiss.
