Good thing she wasn't holding me again, I didn't want to wake her up. I slowly got off the bed and went into the downstairs bathroom.

Before I knew it, I looked at my watch and I only had 30 minutes till my shift and that's not enough time for me to eat and drive there.

So I wrote on a piece of paper and left it on the dining table and drove to work.

Jeongyeon POV

My eyes slowly opened from the sunlight hitting my eyes. I barely got any sleep but that was fine.

I walked downstairs and into the kitchen but Nayeon wasn't there cooking breakfast. I looked around and on the dining table was a piece of paper. I looked at it closer and Nayeon wrote something on it.

Jeongyeon,

Sorry I couldn't cook breakfast for you. I was gonna be late for work. So if you cook your own breakfast be free to use any of the food in the kitchen.

Bye!

Hmmm. I looked around the kitchen after putting the note down. I looked in the fridge and saw pieces of bacon, I grabbed them and looked through the cabinets for a pan.

I place 10 pieces of bacon on the pan and place it on the stove. I never used the stove but I saw Nayeon turn a knob which made fire to cook the bacon. I looked at the knob and saw numbers on them from 1 to 10.

I didn't know what those numbers meant, maybe a timer? I turned the knob to 10 and watched as the fire appeared and started to cook.

Since I turned the fire knob clock thingy to 10 that means it should be finished in 10 minutes. So I left the kitchen and went to the living room.

I saw Nayeon looking at a moving picture here and I looked at it. Nothing was showing, the picture was black. I looked around and went up to the picture and smacked it a bunch of times but it still didn't do anything.

I turned around and saw a black rectangle with a bunch of buttons on it, then I remembered Nayeon used that to turn the picture on.

I grabbed it and plopped onto the couch, looking at all of the buttons and seeing a red button with the word on. I pressed it and the picture turned on and it started to show something. I jumped at the sight but I finally got it to work.

Nayeon POV

It was an hour into work when my stomach was growling non stop. I decided to take my break now and eat some of the snacks in the breakroom.

As I walked there I was greeted by none other than Jaehyun. He was sitting on one of the sofas and he smiled at me.

I rolled my eyes at him and walked quickly past him and to the snack table. I grabbed an apple and before I could take a bite I felt a hand on my shoulder.

I sigh, "Jaehyun can I just have one day where you aren't breathing down my neck!" I turn around and glare at him.

"You can have that day when we get married." He creepily smiles at me and in response I slap him in the face.

He looks at me while holding his now red cheek. "Just wait, I always get what I want." He then leaves the room, slamming the door.

At least I get to rest now, I took a bite out of my apple and sat down on the sofa, browsing on my phone.
