Chapter 6

"I'm Kim Taehyung, nice to meet you. What's your name?"

Jimin now look at him properly after his introduction, taking in his appearance.
His features were undeniably strong. His eyes were big, his nose slightly sloped at the end, his lips a pinky red.
The dark curls of his hair suited him perfectly.

He was extremely hansome.

'Wow' he thought.

It's no secret to himself that Jimin was attracted to men. he'd known since he was about 13.
He once had this humongous crush on this boy from his pack. Before the hunter attack that is. 

And he'd never been attracted to girls really , only boys.

Jimin broke from his brief trance when he heard the other clear his throat from the lack of response.

"oh umm I'm Jimin, Park Jimin." he reply shyly, bowing slightly in respect to the alpha.

After the formalities were over, the two sat together.

They spent the day getting to know each other.
How they had come to find this place, how old they were, which it turns out he was only 2 months and 17 days younger than Jimin, how they like to spend free time, and other casual topics of convasation.

Jimin had learned that Taehyung was the son of the alpha leader of his pack, who's territory began only 20 minutes down a small trail, which he had come down to end up here.

Jimin had become quite comfortable with Taehyung by the end of the day. Taehyung was so lovely. He was goofy, the good kind. He seemed like a genuinely nice person, and was pleasant to be around.

It was nice for Jimin to finally have accual interactions with someone, after 4 years of seclusion and his own company.
Taehyung made him made me feel more... Alive? Gave him a sence of hope that he could , maybe, live a more happy life than one which is lonely and full of sadness.

While getting to know Jimin, Taehyung took a liking to him

He was nice, he seemed like a really sweet person. Kind and gentle and also seemed quite self contained and shy.
Through out the entire day, Taehyung didn't think he saw Jimin smile, not even once.

He had once brought up his father and how he was the alpha of his pack. Jimins face seemed to sadden and the mention of it, but he continued to listen and didn't say anything about it.

Taehyung wondered why.

'Did something happen, in his past?

That will have to wait till next time it would seem.

It was getting late and Taehyung needed to head back home before his father began to worry.

The two bid thier ferwells through a wave a promise to meet here at the same time next week, on Sunday.

"I'm looking forward to seeing you again Park Jimin." Taehyung thought as he walked back home, the sweet scent of strawberries and honey lingering in his nose.

Jimin headed home after saying goodbye to Taehyung, agreeing to meet the next week.

His mood was uplifted after this meeting, Taehyung's bubbly yet comforting personality contrasting with jimins anxious and shy one, almost balancing the atmosphere between them.
Jimin was  looking forward to spending more time with him.

He reached home and the evening was setting in. After making some dinner, he headed up to bed.

Slipping under the covers, pulling them up to his nose he snuggled deep into them, closeing his eyes remembering the already strong positive feelings he has towards his new found friendship with Taehyung. Jimin slowly fall asleep.
This time without the horrowing thoughts plagueing his brain and the ghosts of survivers guilt being so unkind.

Hey, sorry I feel like this chapter was kinda shit, I'm super tired today, but I just wanted to put a chapter out because I want to try and get this story going and get it moving.
