"Now, Aphmau, make this easy. Where is your pack?!" the greed-eyed man yelled at me.
"Never! I'll never tell you!" I yelled, rattling the cuffs my hands were in.
"You filthy monster, tell me!" he yelled, his face red, and his eyes glowing.
"You're more of a monster than I'll ever be," I growled in a low tone, "look at you Michael, face it."
"You're going to regret talking back to me!" he yelled, trying to aggravate me.
"Sure I will," and I smiled brightly at him, receiving a kick from the guards, making me cough.

Aphmau's gone, they took her.
They took her! They took her again, and I wasn't there to help her.
How many times do I have to risk my life for her? How long until we can lose them, without losing her? How long until I lose my sanity? It doesn't feel like long anymore.
I remember when I didn't know her, which was both a blessing and a curse.
Without her, my life was empty, training everyday even though I didn't like it, living the same thing over and over again. But with her I'm lively, energetic, and everyday is a new one.
That comes with a price. She needs to be protected, but it takes work to do that. I want to protect her, make her feel safe, but I feel like I'm failing, and it hurts.
I grabbed my jacket, feeling the sudden urge to come in a direction, maybe it was Aphmau? Either way, I ran towards it.

They were sick. Leaving me here buckled with no room to move. It was nerve-wrecking watching the door, waiting for someone to walk in, do something, but nothing.
If I had the strength to, I would pray, pray that my pack and Aaron is safe, and that the G.F may never find them as they hid.

Ah, another typical day for Dottie, Aphmau is missing, and Aarons gone chasing after her. If only he told us where he went, I would help him.
I knew Aphmau wanted the pack hidden, so I worked on that for the morning, trying to find a good underground cave to hide in.
