I walked outside, it was early in the morning, about dusk as I went to get the newspaper.

I picked it up, walked inside, and slowly read it.

"ULTIMA FOUND, SPOTTED IN HUSK WOODS BEWARE"

And a picture of my face all across it. Uh oh, we've got to leave, and now.

"Aaron," I said, "Aaron come on quick we've got to leave now."

"Why? What's going on?"

"They found us."

We rushed to pack our things into bags, hurrying before people woke up.

Running out the house, down the cobblestone path to wake up Daniel and get him packed as well.

"Aphmau~Senpai? Where are you going?" Kawaii~Chan asked.

"I can't explain, but I have to leave right now," I said, still walking fast, Aaron trailing behind me.

"You're leaving?" Kawaii~Chan asked, sounding disappointed.

"Unfortunately, yes Kawaii~Chan," I said, finally stopping.

"You can go say bye to her while I get Daniel, meet me at where we found this place," Aaron whispered in my ear and rushed off.

I walked up to her, "Look Kawaii~Chan, I love you, but I can't stay here," I said watching her as she looked like she was about to cry.

"Is it because they know Aphmau~Senpai is the Ultima?" said Kawaii~Chan, and I just chuckled.

"You saw the papers?" I asked, not afraid of her. She nodded,

"Kawaii~Chan is going with you and you can't say no," said Kawaii~Chan, pouting.

"Kawaii~Chan, really this is dangerous, you didn't think this through,"

"I don't need to! Now let's go before they burn you at the stake, I never liked this place anyway," and she closed the door behind her.

"Don't you need to pack first?" I asked her watching as she walked in front of me.

"Kawaii~Chan's got her money here, and that's all we really need, as long as we can buy things," and with that, we walked off.

"Why is the cat girl here?" asked Daniel, making Kawaii~Chan get mad at him.

"She was persistent, and she always gets what she wants," I said.

"But does she know...?" asked Aaron and I nodded. He sighed and we started walking.

"Where are we going?"

"Back to Falcon Claw," said Aaron.

"I think this is it," he said, looking hopeful. "Yeah, this is it. You think everything's the same or different? It's been a few mo-"

"Ok shut it lover boy, Aphmau~Senpai, don't they know you're the Ultima over here?" said Kawaii~Chan. Aaron rolled his eyes.

"Yea but, everyone can blend in if they try," I said looking around, "besides, I bet the cave Is still as fine as we left it."

Daniel asked, "Alpha, where do you think the rest of us are?"

"I don't know, Daniel, I hope having fun," I said looking at the sun, nearly setting.

"We should get a move on," said Aaron and we all nodded.

We made it to the den finally, and my heart sank when I saw it.

Blood was spilled here.

I took some time to adjust to the new sight of my childhood home, tears coming to my eyes.

I walked down, and saw a sign.

'Stay out of G.F property'

Opening the door anyway, I saw that some things had been broken, glass shattered, wood boards snapped.

"Oh no," said Kawaii~Chan. I nodded, 'Oh no' was right. Even the playroom was destroyed, and those monsters did it themselves.

"L-Let's find a room for us to stay in, I don't think we should separate," and they all nodded.

I've had too much time alone, that's it, these thoughts are just a bit of sadness getting to me.

None of this would've happened if you didn't meet Aaron.

This has nothing to do with Aaron, he didn't cause this, he makes me happier!

He also puts you in danger.

Aaron tried to save me, why would he try to save me if he wants this.

To convince you that he's not with them. He's still a G.F.

Ugh! Get out of my head!

I sat there, crying, trying my hardest to suppress the sobs. To not wake anyone up, but of course Kawaii~Chan woke up, her hearing is better than a human's.

"Aphmau~Senpai?" she whispered.

"Y-Yeah?" I whispered back.

"Are you okay Aphmau?" she whispered, and I shook my head as she reached over to hug me. I leaned my head on her shoulder, letting it all come out quietly.

"Kawaii~Chan, do you think I'm a monster?" I said, wiping my tears.

"No, they are."

I woke up in the morning, and Aaron was gone.

Probably out getting food, I thought. I stood up, and walked into my old room.

All my stuff was there, intact, although very dusty. My picture of me and my mom was still there, her smiling with the 11-year-old me.

I kept walking around, inhaling all the memories. Slowly running my fingers over each piece of furniture, looking at all the pictures, studying the books. These meant nothing to me a few months ago, but now I would take off a limb to go back to how it was before we ran.

"Remembering it all?" said Daniel, who had a can of Pringle's in his hand, sloppily eating them.

And then there's Daniel.

I sighed and looked around quickly, "Yeah, but there is quite a lot to remember," I said. "What's up with the lazy attitude?" I said.

"Hey! Do not criticize me, It's early."

I looked over at the clock, "It's literally 10 AM," and I chuckled.

"And how long ago did you wake up? Exactly, you woke up late too," and I smiled, until the door opened.

"Hey guys, umm, I have neutral news," said Aaron, walking down the hallway. Kawaii~Chan came and hissed. What in the world?

"A puppy!" Aphmau squealed, and I looked at Kawaii~Chan, her face mad.

"Why would you get a dog?" Daniel asked.

"I didn't It followed me back!" I said.

"Get it out, now," Kawaii~Chan said.

"Aw, Kawaii~Chan looks like you need the puppy to give you a few kisses before you like it." Aphmau teased, and the dog ran after Kawaii~Chan.

"Ah no!" she yelled running away as the dog chased her.

"Collar says her name is Celeste," said Aaron, and shrugged.

"Aww, that's kind of cute," said Daniel, and Aphmau replied with,

"I know right!"

Those two kept blabbering about dogs as Kawaii~Chan ran around screaming.

God, what did I get myself into?
