"Hey Aphmau~Senpai, whe-" she looked at the man in the corner, tilting her head slightly.
I looked at her and shrugged. He didn't seem to harm us, but I could tell Aaron was eyeing him, just in case.
"Okay... Anyways, I found only three rooms, but I thought there was only four of us." She said, nodding to him.
I looked at him for a second, "Who are you anyways?" I asked him.
"Zane, why do you care?" he said gloomily.
"Cause you're stuck with us, duh," and Aaron huffed a small laugh.
"About the rooms, me and Aaron can share and you and Daniel room. 'Zane'" I said in a funny voice, "can sleep alone."
"Jeez, what great manners you have, quarantining me,"
"Excuse me for not trusting someone I just met," I said as he rolled his eyes at me.
"Whatever."
-
Me and Aaron stayed awake at the control room, where he drove the boat.
"How can I," I yawned, "help you?"
"You," he said, "can help by getting some sleep now," and I groaned.
"Please, I don't want to leave you alone."
He sighed, "Aph, you can help in the morning, just go to bed."
"Fine," I pouted and walked off. And to my surprise, I fell asleep and soon as my eyes closed.
-
I kept driving, but my mind drifted off to other things, until something caught my attention. Then I would pay attention for a few moments, before zoning out again.
I looked at the GPS and let out a sigh of relief.
Only 4 more hours until I can flop on the bed.
And cuddle Aphmau, hold her closely and never let go. If we had a normal life, I'd treat her to breakfast every morning, and we'd watch movies and stay up late, not giving a care about the outside world.
I got interrupted by Daniel. "Aaron, why is there some gloomy guy on here?"
"Oh him?" I said, "I don't know, maybe an intruder."
"Oh no, Aaron I'm going to go get revenge on him for sneaking in!" he whisper-yelled.
I nodded, my eyes wide open, as if surprised. That ought to make a funny conversation in the morning.
I turned back around, after all, we had a long road ahead of us.
And not just on this boat.
-
I sighed, looking at myself in the mirror. I'm practically being kidnapped by these people, yet I don't resist. Well, of course I know Aaron.
He used to work with the G.F, and cause trouble very often.
I walked out into the hallway, seeing a green-haired werewolf walking my way suspiciously. I decide to ignore it, and turn the knob on my door.
tsssss
My eyes burn ferociously. It was extremely painful.
"Agh!" I groaned, angry that this dumb dog sprayed me with something.
"Begone, intruder!" he said, acting like a hero.
"A, I'm not an intruder, B, I'm not a cockroach, so don't spray me!" I yelled, causing a pink head to pop out the door.
"What's going on?" she asked, rubbing her eyes as her full body came into view.
"There's an intruder!" said Daniel, being a loud brat.
"He's no intruder, Daniel, that's just Zane, he was on the boat when we hopped on," said the meif'wa.
"B-But,"
"Just go to bed Daniel, I'm tired!" she yelled. "I need my sleep." and she stormed off into her room.
"Rat," I muttered under my breath at the werewolf.
"You say something, Darth Vader?" he growled.
"Nya! Go to bed!"
-
Waking up, I got up and made my way to the kitchen for a snack when something delicious hit my snoo- nose.
Pancakes!
And Kawaii~Chan was making them.
"Aphmau~Senpai!" she said loudly, far too loud for my morning ears.
"Tone it down, cat girl," said Aaron walking in, wrapping his arm around me.
"Oh, so that's why you left, you fell in love with her," said Zane, rolling his eyes.
He pulled away quickly, pretending like nothing happened.
Daniel walked in, looking at Aaron and turning upset. "You said he was an intruder!" yelled Daniel.
Aaron looked at Zane who was angry. "Uh," and I snorted, watching Zane come closer.
"He sprayed hair spray in my eye!" shouted Zane pointing at his face.
"Okay, so?" said Aaron, making me giggle.
"You told him too," said Zane.
"Not true," said Aaron pointing at him. And they kept bickering, with no sign of stopping.
"Pancake, Kawaii~Chan?" I whispered.
"Sure," she whispered back, and I grabbed a fork, taking a bite of the syrup covered pancake. I closed my eyes.
It was mornings like these I wanted to save, not spend mornings trying to figure out some horrible equation with no real answer.
I sighed and opened my eyes.
"Hey, I didn't do anything wrong, I just told Daniel the truth, you're an intruder," Aaron sang.
"This isn't even your boat, you stole it! How can you claim I intruded on a stolen boat!" yelled Zane.
"Would you boys stop fighting and have some pancakes, Kawaii~Chan didn't make them for nothing!" said Kawaii~Chan. Aaron sighed while Zane just glared at Aaron grabbing a pancake.
Aaron sat next to me, and I finally noticed the heavy bags under his eyes.
"Didn't get my sleep last night?" I asked, running my hand through his hair. He shook his head. I sighed,
"When are we going out?" I asked.
"Where even are we, anyways?" said Zane with a stuffed mouth.
"Some small island," said Aaron, "good for hiding out."
Well, at least they weren't fighting anymore.
"Where do we stay?" Daniel asked.
"Some cabin on the beach, think it's underground, so it should be safe."
"Hold up, wait a minute, why do I have to go with you?"
"Shut it, toothless," said Daniel leaving Zane mad.
"Welp, let's head out, then," said Kawaii~Chan. I took a deep breath. Let's head out then.
