By the time Mina's class was over, Denki was sure he wanted to be a teacher. The way all her class mates talked about teaching, like it was the best and most entertaining job made Denki desperate to return.
"When do you sign up for classes?"
Mina giggles, hugging Denki's arm.
"You have to start at the beginning of the term dude. I'll help you next semester if you want."
"You'll really help?" Mina nods, leading him down towards outside. "I'm super excited!" Denki cheers, sipping on his water bottle. Him and Mina were in the student union, snacking on pizza and chips. Junk food seemed to be banned in Bakugou's house for Denki, due to his declining health condition.
"Don't blow me in ok? Bkaugou would kill me if he knew i fed you junk food. He's already worried about your breathing."
"My breathing?"
"You breath heavy a lot. When you talk for too long or your tired. Even when your relaxing sometimes." Mina says, biting her lip. Denki blinks for a bit before nodding.
"Ok. I'll skip out on the soda then."

Once their hunger was satiated, the two returned home in good spirits. "We're home!" Mina chimes out, shutting and locking the door. Sero was at work, so the house was empty save for the two love birds who came down the stairs soon after.
"Hey. I thought your classes didn't end until later?"
"Naw. The prof wanted us out early to go to his friends engagement party. We already ate so i'm thinking...."
"If it involves glitter, fake blood or makeup, it's a no. God forbid your crazy idea called for all three." Mina pouted, as if that was her actual plan. It made Denki wonder what the hell she did with those weird items, and why Bakugou seemed to glare at the floor, as if recalling a bad memory.
"Aww." Mina whined softly, flopping on the couch.
"Let's actually go outside for once." Kirishima suggested, only for Bakugou to hiss out a no. "Let's go, you freaking gremlin." Kirishima sighs, dragging his blond lover out the door, Mina skipped after them, dragging Denki with her.
"When we go outside, Kirishima usually makes it fun. Bakugou complains a lot cause he sun burns easily." Mina teased, tying back her short pink hair into a pony tail. With her semi-athletic outfit, she looked like one of those early morning joggers.
"Oh really?" Denki snickered, imagining a tanned Bakugou. The blond was super pale, compare to his boyfriends golden beige skin. Kirishima had an arm wrapped teasingly around Bakugou, who looked mildly annoyed but made no movements to separate. Kirishima was arguing with the blond, but considering his expression, he knew it was just playful banter.
"Sero's work isn't far! Let's go visit!" Mina suggested, making Bakugou shrug.
"I guess. Maybe reading will lessen the effects of that hair dye that's going to your brain." Bakugou snickered.
Mina let out an offended gasp. "My hair looks awesome! Kiri did it! Are you saying your boyfriends hair dying skills are shit?"
"No. Just those chemicals you two seem intent on rubbing into your hair." Bakugou answered, pointing to his own scalp.
"With all that gel you use everyday, you would know about chemicals, huh Bakugou?" Mina argued back, hiding her grin.
The group walked all they way to the book store, finding Sero on top of a ladder, a heavy looking box of books held in his hands. The soft piano music playing from the speakers located around the buildings.
"Sero!" Mina squeals, throwing open the glass doors. Before Denki could step through the door, his phone started vibrating in his pocket. The blond hung up, ignoring the call. It wasn't anybody he knew anyways.
"Hey guys. What are you doing here?" Sero asks, climbing down from the ladder, dusting off his hands. He wore his favorite beanie and a orange and red stripped sweater with Denki's black jeans, that fit him perfectly.
"These extra's wanted to visit you." Bakugou huffed, eyeing the collage text book section. Him and Mina walked over, looking through the large text books. Kirishima went straight for the comics, talking to Sero as he dug through the bins.
"This is actually pretty nice. So, your boss, Toru owns this place?"
"Well, yeah, her and her family. Her boyfriend works sometimes too." Sero says, walking behind the counter, waving Denki over with a grin. Den ki hopped over the counter, sitting on Sero's lap with a smirk. Mina rolled her eyes, dropping a ten on the counter, holding up her large text book, which looked semi familiar.
"A kid in my class needs a copy and i finally found one!" she cheers, pulling out her phone to text the person. Kirishima had a arm full of comics which made Bakugou groan.
"You have like 800 at home Eiji."
Kirishima whines a bit, starting a tiny debate between them, which Denki ignored. He was busy focusing on the stack of books on the edge of the counter. It was a few hard covered mystery books with interesting front cover designs, which sparked the blonds interest. The first book he grabbed happened to be a penny dreadful novella, with a very interesting description.
"I'll take this one." He says, handing the book to Sero, who had been paying attention to the argument between Kirishima and Bakugou.
"That one? We actually just got those in. Just take it. Toru said any book that caught my eye i can take for free." Sero says, making Denki smile. He loved being spoiled.
Getting one book wasn't being spoiled, but Denki's mother never really allowed him to read things above his age level, so by the time he was allowed to read the fantasy novels and mystery novellas he loved, he had lost interest in reading.
Now he wasn't under his parents thumb, he could do what he wanted.
Denki thanked Sero by kissing him, pulling away just as the doors bell rang, signalling a costumer. Denki stood, allowing Sero to attend to the lady's questions.
Denki's chest started the rumbling sensation he was accustomed too. The more he breathed, the more aware he became of the wheezing and the shortness of his breath.
Denki excused himself, rushing to the bathroom, leaning on the sink, coughing . He coughed until he was gasping for breath, his lungs screaming for a rest. He sucked in breaths, the wheezing not stopping until the familiar metallic taste invaded his mouth. He spit up in the sink, the once red sink now splattered with Denki's bloody spit.
Denki's hands were shaky as he pulled his inhaler from his bag, taking a few deep breaths with the steroids. He felt better, besides the pain in his throat, which faded once he cupped his hands, turning on the sink to chug water.
The blood disappeared into the drain, Denki panting as he covered his mouth.
His cough attacks were back...
