Glick- The New Lifeguard
Backstory- I have lived right next to the beach my whole life, I've watched lifeguard come and go, this year there was a new trainee, a South African guy named Anthony. I couldn't wait to get to know him, like I know all the others.
Now- Anthony is a great guy, he is known as Glick on the lifeguard team. I see him everyday, when I do my daily run and swim at Bondi. Today however he was no where to be seen so I went up to the tower, and knocked in the door. "Y/N! How are you? Come in it's great to see you!" Reidy said.

"Hey Reidy! I'm great, it's good to see you too. I was just wondering if you knew where Glick was, I didn't see him when I went for my run and swim, he usually greets me at the end. I got a bit worried that's all." I said.

"That is weird, he always greets you. I can try to ring him if you want?"

"Thanks Reidy, that would be great." Reidy rung his phone but there was no answer. Just then Glick walked in with a massive box of chocolate and a huge bouquet of my favourite flowers.

"Happy birthday Y/N!" He said.

"Oh my gosh! Thanks Glick, I completely forgot! You made me forget because I was too worried something had happened to you when you didn't greet me at the end of my swim." I said.

"Wait did you really forget your birthday because I worried you?" Glick questioned, I just nodded and blushed, Glick started laughing and Reidy fell off his chair he was laughing so hard. "Also I have a very important question, Y/N will you please go on a date with me?"I was speechless so just nodded. "Yay! She said yes!" Glick shouted.

Just then all the boys came running in. "It's about time! We were getting bored out there, Max said if he didn't do it soon he was gonna do it, and get himself a date!" Kerrbox laughed.

"Max you have a 5 second head start so go!" Glick shouted. With that Max bolted out the tower and was off. Glick just laughed "he'll realise soon enough that I'm not chasing him, then I'll have to run. Until then where do you want to go on our date?"

That was the start of a relationship, that was the best thing that ever happened to me.
