Lithuania has Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and C-PTSD.
The GAD is fairly obvious--he gets anxious and stressed out all the time, to the point of getting stomach aches.
The C-PTSD directly stems from the abuse he suffered while under Russia's rule.
I do think he manages it okay modern times, though, and is on medication.
