America and Canada's mother is not Native America.
For that matter, a single Native America personification never existed; there's a personification for each tribe. It's literally impossible to personify all the Native tribes into one character.
America and Canada's mother is Vinland--if they had a parent at all.
America and Canada appear to have been born out of European colonization, which would point to their mother being Vinland (no, Canada is not Vinland--he's too young).
While I should have made this clearer earlier, this doesn't mean I think America and Canada are white. I headcanon them as mixed. I just think their mother is Vinland.
