All the Romantics are related.
While the Western Romantics (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romano) definitely had different mothers, they are descended from Rome. Some are full-blooded siblings, however--Italy and Romano, and Spain and Portugal.
As for Romania, he's a cousin.
(The Romance languages are all descended from Latin. This includes Romanian, though I think it's just different enough to warrant a more distant relation.)
