"Muuuuuuuum, have you seen my handy book off spells?" Ivy was yelling down the stairs. Our house was full of, excitement, nerves and stress. Ivy and Jude started their first year of hogwarts today. I could not be more proud of them. "Don't worry, I had it in my trunk" I heard Jude telling ivy in a rushed voice. one minute longer and her temper may have started some fireworks off. Cedric looked over to me and gave my hand a reassuring squeeze. "Don't get me wrong I'll miss them like crazy, but think of all that peace and quiet we will have" he smiled sheepishly, I looked at him with a pretend frown "how could you say such a thing! I happen to love all that screaming and being fussy at dinner times and the bickering and the .." I stopped mid way through Cedric was laughing and it set me off. "Oh yes how could I forget" he replied sarcastically "i feel bad saying that, I will miss all of it very soon" I said, my bottom lip quivering slightly. "Oh don't be silly" Cedric engulfed me into a hug, "it will only be a couple of months and then they'll be home" he kissed me cheek softly "I know, I'm being daft, I'm just more concerned I'll be stuck with you" I replied jokingly. He spun me round "now you take that back, or I'll never buy you and chocolate donut on my way home from work ever again" my eyes formed puppy dog eyes "I am so sorry mr diggory, I'll never say such horrid things again, please don't take away my donut privileges" he poundered this for a moment "ok fine. I accept your apology.. this time" he replied grinning. It was so silly but we sometimes acted like were still teenagers in love. "What time are we leaving?" Jude Asked, he had come down the stairs lugging his huge wooded trunk behind him."not for 10 minutes, so if you're sure you are all packed, just wait here for your sister" Cedric replied getting his last bits together. "If she's anything like mum, you'll have to freeze time, while she's getting ready" Jude was grinning broadly as he said this, obviously very proud of his joke. Cedric laughed warmly. "I think you might be onto to something" Cedric replied with a wink. "Laugh all you want, but at least I look good when I leave the house." I said carrying on the joke "mum you can't say that to me, I'm your child and it's very bad for self esteem." Jude had now moved next to Cedric "he's right love" Cedric was also playing but it seemed to make Jude more comfortable and less anxious. We all burst into fits of laughter. We always joked like this which was nice, never felt like anything was too serious which I must admit Cedric brought that side of me out, nonetheless it was always a happy house hold we heard a few massive bangs from the hallway and ivy appeared. She had a huge smile, her cheeks were rosy and her hair a lot like mine, but more defined curls (thank god) "I am ready" she beamed "finally" Jude muttered. "You look so precious!" I said. They both did. I was so ecstatic with excitement but also so sick with nerves. "Come on then" Cedric said getting up and carrying their trunks "it's best if you drive, I'm still not that good and we can't chance being late" Cedric handed me the keys, we've had this car 10 years and he has driven it twice. once on the way too hospital and second time on the way back ,back When I was having this pair of muppets. He's been too
Terrified otherwise, I try to encourage him but he will not have any of it.

"Well the car ride was.." I broke into laughter "I'm sorry I can't say it, that was horrific as always". "Dad you are such a baby" ivy said. Hermione and Jude sniggered "it's true" Jude added. "All right all right, leave me alone. I'm obviously not as brave as you guys" I replied grinning. "We have 14 minutes, Luna and Harry will be waiting, now get the bags and stop faffing" Hermione snapped. I pulled at face at the kids "you heard your mum, StOp FaFfInG" I said aloud, teasing Hermione. Hermione just rolled her eyes and proceeded forward.

"Hermione, Cedric over here" I heard Harry's voice echo from behind.  I whirled around "Morning, how are you feeling?" I asked giving him a hug "well you know" he chuckled anxiously "I'm so excited for issac, but I'm going to miss him so much. You get t." He paused momentarily "It's so strange being here again" he replied looking all around. "I know the feeling exactly, it sounds so silly, but I'm almost jealous. What I would give to go back to hogwarts" I said in a somber tone. "Cheer up you too, you too, we will get a break from parenting for a few months" Cedric said grinning, attempting to lighten the mood. "Well maybe you too will!" Luna added "oh of course you still have James, at home. I can't believe how much he's grown" I said placing my hand in cedrics. We were through the barrier and the huge hogwarts express was in front of us waiting to take all the excited students on their own little adventure. "Well guys, you best get on. I will miss you so much, have the best time. Make sure you Wright to us a least once a week" Cedric engulfed ivy and Jude into tight hug. They broke apart and I pull them in for a tighter one "have fun, and make sure you check out the library" I said handing them their trunks. "GoodBye issac, have a wicked time" Cedric added. We smiled and waved as the train set off.
