Well I kinda feel like it would be one of those POV songs. Maybe in the style of a letter like all the things he'd want to tell them if they were still here.
If the song ever got a music video I feel like it would have major Ed Sheeran Photograph vibes where it's all footage/images of their relationship from the first date to their first Christmas together.
Writing the song would probably be super therapeutic for Lewis as he feels like he has to be strong no matter how much he just wants to cry. He'd probably talk aloud to himself just in the hopes they would hear him. He doesn't even care if he looks crazy.
He'd still smell their scent every time he walks into their small apartment. In fact he'd half expect to walk round the corner to see them dancing in the kitchen in their Pjs.
It would feel like forever until he'd healed but even then he was never really the same again. Y/N just meant so much to him and they would never be replaced.
