The Philippine Archives, our national treasure
Where documents, and heritage are kept for our culture
All are testimonies of rich histories
From the Spanish, to American, the Japanese, and all realities.
N A P is home to 60 million files
All are preserved historical piles
This group keeps the Filipino alive
From culture to future, to when who leave and arrive.
It also has a history... shhh!
From the Spanish Division of Archives
To the established Paris Treaty.
It later became the Bureau of Archives after the office,
Suddenly, a division merged in a museum and some notice.
During reorganization, created was the Bureau of Records Management
And later on went under the DGS with a better intent.
It then changed to RMAO
Wow! It rhymes with LMAO!
RMAO is then a cultural agency attached to D E C S
Later on again transferred to President's office attached to NCCA, wow, no one expects!
The last R.A. strengthened the system Management and Administration
Now also a Filipino emblem
National Archives of the Philippines is forever in preservation.
