Chapter 14~ Meeting the tailed beast.

*Third Person's POV*

As Emerin collided into Haku, he flew back at least 15 meters. Naruto watched in horror as Emerin formed fangs and she sunk them into Haku. He started to bleed profusely from the deep gashes in his stomach. Emerin tackled him again before tossing him away. 

But before Emerin could inflict any more serious injuries on Haku, she was stopped by a famillar blond.

*Emerin's POV*

It hurt so much. I need to kill him. He hurt Sasuke. I charged at him to deliver the finishing blow, but someone stepped in front of me. I growled lowly.

"...rin!"

"...merin!"

"Emerin!"

I tried making out the voice but I couldn't. Who was calling me? I could clearly see a clone in front of me. But... who was he? I feel as if I should know him... but where have I seen him? My mind feels foggy.

I tilted my head at the blond, taking in his features.

The blond's eyes were filled with hope and sadness. Who was he? The sadness in his eye was disturbing. "Emerin! Don't you remember me? It's me! Naruto!"

Naruto... his name sounds so familiar. Suddenly, my mind is filled with images, or memories. I saw me and him playing pranks, eating ramen together, laughing and arguing together. These images brought tears to my eyes, but this is something I shouldn't feel. Not in this state.

I felt the chakra leave me and I heard the demonic voice grow frantic.

"No! Use the power! Don't you hate him? Destroy all that gets in your way!"

"Get out of my mind!" I yelled at the beast.

The beast's voice vanished from my mind. I fell forward but a pair of arms caught me. I looked up to see Naruto. Heh... always looking out for me,eh?

Then I blacked out.

My eyes opened again and instead of the nice blue sky I wanted to see, I could only see darkness.

Kami... I officially, hate you. Bring me back now! Damn it!

Then, the area lit up. Like before, I could see a gate. I walked closer to it. The eyes appeared behind the gate. But having seen those eyes before, I wasn't scared.

"This time, who are you?" I yelled out. The eyes got closer and when it was next to the gate, I could see that it was in the shape of a cat. It has two long tails swinging behind it.

"I am the two tails."

I cocked my head at it. "Wow... great. I got a cat in my head." I said sarcastically.

"Humph. Brat. GET OUT!! ANNOYING KID. I'M TAKING A NAP."

Then the eyes vanished and I was forcefully thrown out. How rude. It's MY MIND.

"Damn cat." I muttered.

When I came back to the world, I saw Haku on the floor, his heart stabbed through and Naruto was still holding me. I really want to tell him to let go buy I decided to be nice to him not do that.

I still couldn't really focus on anything so up decided to zone out.

When I came back, all the villagers were there and Gato had died, Zabuza was dying... everyone is dying... Kami, what's with the dying guys?
