It's no secret that SM Entertainment has a history of mistreatment of their artists, especially their foreign artists. Earlier in the year, Nami revealed that she would have her own reality series. While shooting in public, one fan recorded Nami allegedly being hit by her manager. Fans were also shocked to see that it wasn't her regular manager who is loved by fans, but a different one. Along with this, fans are upset with the lack of promotion for her comeback and her lack of fan events that she normally has. SM Entertainment has yet to respond.
