"Your joy is your sorrow unmasked. And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears. And how else can it be? The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain."

Keigo Takami sat in an office of the hero commission building. Irritated that he was called back. "I gave my status report, what else do they want?!" He muttered annoyingly to himself because he didn't have much free time these days and these guys we're forever wasting it.
The door of the office swung open to reveal a man in a black suit.
"Thanks for waiting, I think you'd want to see this." The man beamed whilst throwing a file on the table in front of the hero. Hawks picked up the file and flicked through the pages eyes scanning what little information and blurred pictures of a masked person on the pages.
UNKNOWN VIGILANTE
NAME: UNKNOWN
GENDER: MALE (?)
AGE: UNKNOWN
NATIONALITY: UNKNOWN
QUIRK: UNKNOWN"This is the vigilante you guys always fail to catch, what about him?" Replying with a snap remembering the run in he had with him a few months ago.
The man in the black suit grinned knowing full well Hawks was going to love what he was about to say. His run in was no secret, everyone saw and talked about it. The mysterious person who swooped in and took out a villain with ease that Hawks had trouble subduing.
It's the fact that the vigilante even came to take out such a low class villain on their scale because this vigilante was much more dangerous as he took out more high class villains and gangs, worked in the dark, in and out fast, left no evidence not to be seen with the exception of a few bad pixilated CCTV photos and witness statements that weren't concrete.
It looked bad for the hero commission, a person who's not a hero with literally no identity going around taking out villains making civilians talk and lose faith in the pros. Bad for business.
The suited man sat in the chair opposite Hawks.
"This was to be kept quiet, the less who knew the better, but for the last two months we've been surveilling, had to hire the best of the best for this and it cost a shit load of funds." He grimaced at the last sentence.
"Aaaaannd?" Hawks replied gesturing with his hand.
"It's paid off big time! If you'll come with me I'll show you now." The man smiled getting up walking towards the door.
Hawks stood with a sigh, dragging his feet behind.
"Rin you're killing me man, do you really need me for this? Last time I checked I'm still in the middle of the last assignment you gave me." He pouted.
The suited man now known as Rin turned to Hawks with an devilish grin.
"I swear to god you don't want to miss this Keigo."
The two walked into a very large interrogation room and were greeted by other suited men and women and a few heroes hawks had never seen before. Must of been the ones they hired he thought to himself. The tension in the room was giddy something told Hawks he didn't want to miss this and his interest was now piqued.
