Fueled up my Curiosity

Just when I thought that Sabrina Carvajal is done pestering my works, she did it again this time and I knew she will never accept defeat.

Matalino siya I must say. But her ego and her unending disapproval of my existence will always get the best of her. Instead of being happy at someone else's success, she would go against it instead.

I always questioned myself before, what's her problem with me? I even asked my mom if she knew any Carvajal among her circle of friends and she said she knew Sab's father and that my dad and hers were friends during college.

Kaya magpasa-hanggang ngayon, hindi ko pa rin maintindihan kung bakit lagi siyang kumukontra sa bawat salitang binibitawan ko. She never gets tired of debating against me until I finally get used to it.

Iniisip ko nalang na baka ganoon talaga siya, that maybe she's really competitive. I just tried my best to understand her and make sure that she'll never get close on getting into my nerves.

"...I-date mo nga si Hazel!"

Nakuha agad ni Edmerson ang attention ko. I was talking to a dear friend when I heard him testing waters with his best friend.

Ibinaling ko muli ang atensyon sa kausap and just shrugged my shoulders off.
"Don't mind them." I said to Celine, she's my bestfriend for God knows how long.

Tumawa lang ang huli sa sinabi ko. "But they're talking about you beb."

I just rolled my eyes. "What's new? Sab is always up to something."

"Like a date?"

"More like a trap. For all I know she's probably planning her next game against me."

"And you're just letting her do that? Aren't you tired of Sab always crossing the line?"

Napasandal ako sa upuan.
"Cel kung papatulan ko pa, hindi pa rin yan titigil, trust me. Nakita mo naman kanina on how she defended her opinion even if no one asked for it. Pinatulan ko diba? Pero never naman nakinig 'yan. Mahirap makipagtalo sa sarado ang isip."

Ngumisi si Celine. "You really hate each other, no?"
