Ch.49

Lloyd POV

I quietly walked downstairs. I didn't really do much to my outfit or anything. I just threw on a green hoodie and a pair of black ripped jeans, a Peirce the Veil braclet and a choker. I wasn't big on accessories but I decided to try them, just for tonight at least. Once downstairs, I saw Cole and Jay talking about something. They both turned their heads to me, in response I instantly turned back around going back upstairs. I ran into Zane and Nya on the way back to my room. Zane gave me a glare as I moved out of their way and quickly went back to my room. Yeaa..Fuck that.

A little while later Kai came into my room. "You ready?" He asked, he had a black leather jacket with a red shirt on and blue jeans, and he re-gelled his hair to make it a bit spikier. I smiled. "Yea you?" I asked, he nodded. I put my phone in pocket as I got off my bed. "Can we go through my Window?" I asked, pointing to my window with my thumb. "Uhh..Sure. Why?" He asked, a grin on his face but also a confused expression. "Eh..well the other are downstairs and I don't wanna...bother them?" I said with a shrug. Kai chuckled. "Ok, whatever, lets go." He said, closing my door behind him.

I went over and opened my window, taking a step out and walking on the roof, Kai behind me. I made my way down, off the roof and to the ground. Kai decided to be a show off and jumped off the roof, which ended up him falling flat on his back instead of on his feet like he originally planned. I winced but chuckled. "You ok?" I asked him. His response, a wheezed a 'Yea, I'm fine'. I made a face and helped him up, dusting him off. "You sure? You didn't break anything right?" I asked. "No, seriously I'm fine, but still.. that really hurt." He said rubbing his back. "I guess that's karma for laughing at Cole when he fell in a dumpster." He chuckled. I laughed a bit aswell before we made our way to the front and walking into town.

I put my hood one when I started to notice more and more people glancing at me. Right..Completely forgot about.. The thing. I looked at the ground as we walked to Master Chens Noodle House. Skylar managed to get a few more Employees here since she was basically the only one working there before. Skylar, though, still was the one to say hi and take our orders.

Skylar still likes Kai, but would never admit it, especially when I was around. She thinks I don't know, but Whatever, as long as she doesn't do anything to Kai, I'm cool. ... But I tell you, the second she tries ANYTHING with Kai, I'll be there to rip her throat out... Probably not the best thing to be thinking of, shit. I lightly hit my forehead for even thinking of something that's gonna make this whole situation worse if anyone knew of it. "Anyways, how's you twos' realationship going?" She asked, leaning against the counter. "Oh, It's great!" Kai said. "It's probably the best choice I've ever made in my entire life." He said, slinging an arm around me with a big grin. Skylar cringed, and honestly looked a bit annoyed even. Gee, if you didn't want a response like that than why'd you ask? It's Kai, you should expect a response like that. But whatever, she can deal with it.

But one thing's for sure..

She is NOT gonna take Kai from me...
