Third POV
It was Spring Vacation. Everyone's favorite time. No school, no homework, just hanging out with friends. Y/n was excited. A whole week of relaxing and having fun. But right now? She was bored. She always got bored when she was home. She couldn't decide if she wanted to read, watch movies, or go somewhere. She didn't often go places and usually that was fine. Except for right now.

She was laying in her bed, contemplating what to do to relieve her boredom. She was in her pj's and reading fanfictions on her phone. Her friends were busy and her car was out of commission. She got out of bed, put her earbuds in and blasted Closer Faster by Against the Current in her ears.

She wasn't planning on dancing at first but how could she not with this song? She had an imaginary guitar in hand and she was dancing her heart out. She just got lost in the music. Daydreaming about her future. Knowing the lyrics by heart and dancing around, she felt at ease. She would never do something like this in front of other people. But, Y/n didn't notice that she had an audience.

Caspian was Y/N's neighbor. They didn't talk much and were more like acquaintences (not sure I spelled that right) and they saw each other at school. They're rooms were adjacent to one another so Caspian could see what Y/n was up to. Usually she had her curtains closed but not today.

She was dancing around in plaid pajama shorts with a matching plaid shirt and she was dancing to music with her earbuds in. He could tell she was mouthing the words and pretending she had a guitar. Caspian had never seen her like this. Usually, when at school, she seemed reserved or something. He couldn't help but smile as he watched her mouth the words to the song she was listening to.

She then took out one earbud and began singing along. (Play the song!)
