Chapter 3

Georgia couldn’t believe that she was actually sitting down with the icons of her own high-school and Eden was in detention, which was lucky for Georgia. They were all a lot nicer than Georgia thought. They reminded her of herself, they got noticed a lot more than her and invited to parties, unlike Georgia. But they all seemed to keep themselves as a group, and it was nice because they were all polite to Georgia and let her fit in. 

Niall smiled to himself as he watch Georgia laugh with Tabitha, he was too lost in her smile to really realise what they were discussing. It felt wrong of Niall to admire her now, as he could have had many opportunities, and it was quite a weird feeling Niall had gotten when Jake turned his charms on Georgia. He didn’t know why he cared so much, he had a girlfriend, but he guessed it was probably because Jake never seemed to notice Georgia until Niall did, and that really pissed him off. He never like how Jake treated girls. It was all for fun, always messing with their hearts.

Louis too noticed the way Niall was observing Georgia, and having Niall as his best friend from almost since he could walk, he knew that look anywhere. Louis could see why he looked at Georgia like he did, she seemed to be glowing and although she was a very skinny weight she was gorgeous, Louis noticed Georgia a lot, but he never really had the confidence to talk to her in Physics, which was strange because he was usually confident around anyone. It was probably because people talked to him more than he talked. He liked it that way though. Louis was also worried, for Georgia’s sake. If Eden didn’t have her detention today she would have been fuming and no way in hell would have let Georgia an inch near them all. She was the Queen bitch of this group, Louis always thought. She ran the clique, but Louis never liked it. Eden told them who to be, what to do and what to say. And when she wasn’t around, they actually seemed like a nice, normal group. Louis usually got her down, and he enjoyed it more than anything. The reason he was still in this stupid “popular” group was because of Harry and Niall. Being their best friends since he was little, never leaving each others sight. He didn’t mind the other boys either, or the girls. Come to think of it, it was Eden that was the main reason. 

“So,” Niall started as he sat next to Louis, while throwing an arm around him, “What do you think of Georgia?” 

Louis looked at Niall and smiled, he noticed that ever since Georgia had been with them for the past ten minutes, those rosy red cheeks came back, that never happened around Eden. And it only happened when he got complimented, but this time, the rosy red cheeks of his never disappeared.  

“She’s.. nice. I like her.” Louis said. 

“She’s very nice, our new addition to the pack!” Niall said, with his usual enthusiasm. However, Louis didn’t like the idea of having her with open arms into this group. He wasn’t meaning it a way of saying; ”No you’re too cool for us. Piss off,” It was more of a; “I’d watch what you’re doing. Don’t want bitch Eden getting you into some trouble.” 

“You know how mad Eden will get. She doesn’t exactly like Georgia.” Louis said, he was worried on Georgia’s behalf and Louis knew that Eden was jealous of how perfect Georgia seemed. 

“Do you think I honestly care? She doesn’t run our lives or who we’re friends with.” Niall defensively said. He knew it was risky, but Georgia was like them all, and didn’t care a lot about what Eden had to say.

“Well obviously you don’t care at all, because she’s with us. But you saw what happened this morning, she just doesn’t like her Niall. She’ll be the usual bitch she is, just to get rid of her. And there’s not much you can do, because she’s your girlfriend.” Louis said.

“Exactly, she’s my girlfriend. I will tell her to stop and let be accepted into our group or whatever you all like to call it or I end it with her.” Niall said firmly, he was serious about what he meant. He about almost had it with how Eden treated people that she thought were better than her.
