Off both Georgia and Niall were, riding the waves of the cold aired night. They didn't stop, they just kept on going through some familiar and unfamiliar streets. The gush of wind and the air that pricked Georgia's face, felt amazing. She felt free. And it was the same with Niall, and for a while, he thought Georgia was all his.
"This is an amazing apology." Georgia finally spoke.
Niall smiled, feeling his cheeks tighten from being so cold, but he didn't mind, "It wasn't too out there was it?"
"No," Georgia started as she hopped off the bike, "In fact, it was perfect."
Niall felt his stomach turn in knots. For once, he did something perfect for her. That made her smile, without ruining the moment, "You think so?" he let out by accident.
Georgia turned around and giggling and ran up grabbing Niall's hand, "I know so."
Seeing her smile, and knowing he was the reason, made Niall just want to hug her because finally he'd done something right.
Georgia pulled Niall to her front door, where the outside light automatically switched on, "Will Kaylee be home?" Niall curiously asked. He had a feeling that since his first encounter with Georgia's housekeeper, that she wasn't keen on him. Maybe it was because he was seen in their house, or because he took Georgia's belonging's. He wasn't sure. But he knew she seemed to not like him.
And somehow, he was on the right track with his theory.
"Who knows, she'll probably be asleep." Georgia said she was tying her long auburn hair up in a ponytail.
It had become silent, and all that was heard in the darkness were birds and cars driving in the distance. Suddenly, Georgia was moving closer into Niall, she wasn't sure if it was intentionally, but she needed to feel herself closer to him, "Thank you.. For doing this."
Niall took a deep breath and gulped down his nerves, feeling Georgia's breath on him wasn't helping either, "It's okay, I just needed for things to be okay for us."
Georgia placed her hand softly on Niall's hot red cheeks, "We we are okay again. We always were."
Yes, he may have broke her heart so quickly, but then again, he was so quick at making everything better.
Niall halfed smiled, "Good, because that's what I wanted."
And yet again, in that moment, Georgia moved to press her lips against Niall's. It was like he was this drug, and Georgia was addicted. She had forgotten about everything, even Louis. Everything at this point in time was irrelevant, except Niall.
And while Niall wanted this kiss more than anything, he couldn't do it. He was a loyal person, and she was with Louis. So he softly pulled away and brushed a piece of hair that had fallen for her ponytail behind her ear, "George.. You and Louis are together, and happy," He hated to say the word happy, because he knew that soon enough, she was going to get hurt, "Just remember that."
Georgia softly whispered back, "Yeah, and soccer has a goalie, doesn't mean you can't score."
Niall had laughed at Georgia's comment, remembering him pulling that smart comment on her, "Shame you didn't forget that pick up line," Niall then kissed her on the forehead, "I'll see you at school tomorrow?"
Georgia smiled, wishing that kiss had finished off, but Niall was right, she had Louis. Even if she wanted Niall, "Yeah, good night Niall."
With a shut of the door, Niall was out of sight. For a moment Georgia stood there in the darkness of her house just thinking, of what had just happened. And she wondered if she would tell Louis or not. She thought long and hard, and went with the not telling him. She figured this wouldn't have gone down well.
