Unsurprisingly, Marley's Carer wanted her gone, that's a fact she was revelling in. There was no way her parents wanted her back in Hawkins and she didn't blame them, with what happened last fall and Will going missing. Oh, by no means is she saying her parents actually cared for her, no, they just wanted to keep up appearances and sending her away to Florida while her injuries healed lessened their likeliness of being seen as vulnerable by other businessmen.
As for the reason her carer wanted her gone, that was a separate issue.
"Six expulsions and over 50 fights!" She shouted. Marley turned her walkman on and drowned out her high pitched voice, staring out of the window to watch the trees go by. She let out a sigh. It was going to be good to be back, she just didn't know what to expect from the party. Would they welcome her back or hate her for leaving them when they needed her most?
A pair of hands grabbed her headphones.
"Are you even listening to me!?" Caroline, Marley's carer, shouted. Marley rolled her eyes.
"No." She stated before snatching away her headphones and putting them back on. Marley hated her. Caroline never really spoke to Marley and literally did nothing for her. Made her work for her food whilst her children just had to frown and say 'I'm hungry!', they're all absolute snobs and her husband's even worse, honestly, Marley pitied her and that is not a good thing, to be pitied by someone like her wasn't an achievement.
Marley looked out at a sign that decorated the outskirts of the road and smiled, ignoring Caroline as she continued to scream at her oblivious self.
