Chapter 48

5 months later...

We were back in America and It was good to be home. I got into my house and went straight to my room just to sleep, I was like seven months pregnant and I was kind of loving it, I was carrying Sergio's baby and that meant he was still apart of me. Aaron walked into my room and said, " okay, so babe, you have a check up tomorrow with your doctor."

Aaron and I got back together and it felt good.  " Yeah I know, but right i just honestly need to sleep."

" The baby must be making you tired."

" Yes, because on a few weeks, I will be 8 months pregnant."

" This one will be a keeper," I leaned in and kissed Aaron and he responded back. I couldn't help, but think about Sergio every time I kissed Aaron or even closed my eyes to sleep. I let go then said, " okay, Aaron let me sleep."

" Let me join you," we both got into bed and slept.

I woke up and went straight to the shower, when i got in, I stood right under the water, letting the water run down my body. I kept rubbing my tummy and singing the baby some songs,  then Aaron walked and said " morning baby."

" Morning, are you going to come with me to the doctors check up?"

" No sorry baby I can't, my manager wants us to meet."

" It's cool." I got out the shower, then went to dress, I wore a bright yellow dress and white sandals, tied my hair into a messy bun, took my bag and went downstairs to get ready for my check up.

I went outside and saw Scott and Kourtney making out and it wasn't child friendly at all. They saw me and said, " morning," I waved at them then got into my car and left to see my doctor.

I walked into his office and sat on the bed and he did a ultrasound. " okay so we're just going to here the heartbeat," he said and started moving the thing around my stomach and I heard the baby's heart beat. I couldn't help, but feel emotional, " it's so beautiful."

" Didn't you do this with your first baby."

" Nope, I relied on faith, but faith had my baby killed"

" So where is the father?"

" He is watching me from above I hope."

" I'm sorry for your loss."

" Don't be, I'm glad I'm carrying his baby."

" Well, the baby is very healthy, do you want know the sex."

" Yes please."

" It's a baby girl," he said and I smiled, I was having a beautiful girl.

I left the hospital and I was happy for getting a girl, but I was hoping for a little boy, because that's what I wanted to have with Sergio, but I was going to love the little girl with all my might.

I was walking around the Grove mall, looking around for clothes for me and the baby. "Hi Milano,"  I turned around and I saw Cristiano Ronaldo and he was looking good, " hi"

" How are you?"

" I'm getting there."

" I see you are expecting a child."

" Yeah, Sergio's little girl."

" Congrats."

" Thank you, so what brings you here in LA?"

" My fiancée had fashion week, so I'm here for support."

" Tell her I say hi."

" Sergio really loved you."

" I know, that's what I loved about him, his love was genuine."

" he couldn't wait to be your husband, he had everything planned"

" sweet of him but he is gone now and I have his baby to remember him" he gave me a hug and said " we are all here for you, because we know how it feels to lose a member of a team, but Sergio wasn't only a teammate he was also a close brother to me," I hugged him for the last time, then I just left mall and went home because I was to emotional.

When I got home Ariana was waiting outside for me, so I went to her and said " what's up?"

" I have a surprise for you."

" What is it?"

" Just come and please try fake a really good smile."

" I'm not promising an award winning smile okay," she took my hand then we walked inside and went to the sliding door, " close your eyes."

" Why"

" Just do it," she said and I rolled my eyes then closed it.

I let Ariana lead me out side to what ever was happening, we stopped then she said, " open your eyes," I opened them and I was looking at a set up of a mini wedding, Aaron was standing there in his suit and my friends and brother were here. I walked to Aaron then said " what's going on?"

" I want us to get married again."

" Why?"

" Like I said, I want my wife back and I love you so much."

" But Aaron we don't even need a title."

" We do, marry m"

" I can't Aaron, I don't want to get married again." I said this with tears running down my face, " why don't you want to marry me?"

" It's not that I don't want to marry you, I have been so hopeful for an amazig marriage from you or Sergio but none of them turned out right."

" But this one has hope, give it a try."

" Aaron we are fine where we are right now, I don't need any complications. Please I need you to understand."

" Do you love me?"

" More than the world."

" Then why don't you marry me?"

" Who said you need a title of marriage, to show your love."

" Me,"

" Then it means you don't love me that much, because you wouldn't need marriage to show love."

" But"

" But nothing Aaron, I love you so much and I don't need marriage to love you, but please do what you feel is right" I walked away then went into the house and sat inside the kitchen and just sat there and thought to myself. Scott walked in and said, " what's going on with you?"

" I need to leave this place, I want to move away."

" Why?"

" I don't feel happy anymore."

" So you feel moving away will help?"

" Yes, after my baby comes I'm gone for good and never coming back."

" Where will you go?"

" My favourite place in the world," I got out of the kitchen then went into my room and found Aaron packed and leaving. "Have a good life Milano."

" Planning to," then Aaron was gone and this time never coming back.
