-  "your hand touching mine, this is how galaxies collide"

She was dying.

The boredom was killing her, it was their fifth day to the town and she had nothing to do. She had already watched all the episodes of her favourite series and she was itching to get out of the house, go shopping do anything really.

After that thought she got ready put on a sundress with sneakers and went in search of her sister who was watching a movie in the living room, freshly showered after her pool session. She had begged her to go with her, she had refused saying something about not leaving the air conditioned room. Kerian was already out with his friends and she had to walk for ten minutes to reach the square through the made road that surrounded the woods.

The walk wasn't that bad, she had her headphones on and was enjoying the view of the trees as the afternoon breeze was touching her skin. She was in an exploration mood and was roaming the small shops in the square, she was content with the sounds of kids playing. It was a simple life living up here she thought, nothing alike the life in the city.

She wondered what it would be like growing up here if her parents never had a divorce. Of course then she would have never met her amazing friends.

Her newly found possession of a dress had plastered a smile on her as she payed for it and left. Maybe her days here wouldn't be so bad. She went around trying to see as much of the town as she could and spotted a bakery shop with delicious Victoria sponge cakes which was the embodiment deliciousness for her. She couldn't refuse herself and had to have a piece served with coffee, Victoria sponge was her absolute favourite.

As she was munching down her cake she felt eyes on her and turned to see these girls looking at her curiously. She smiled at them making them know that she saw them looking at her. On her way out to pay, she was told that it was on the house. The smile of her face couldn't be brighter, the old structure of the city, the pink and orange undertones of the houses, the narrow streets and flowers over the balconies inviting chairs all around, made her think that she wouldn't mind living here for a while.

She looked in front of her as she exited and was surprised to find herself in front of the guy from the club, talk about coincidence. He was frozen and she thought if she pushed him with her finger he would fall backwards. The smile on her face was natural today and she shared a small shy smile and turned to continue her meaningless roaming.

Then he had jumped in front of her and she turned questionably at him, couldn't find her voice to ask him if he wanted something.

Good thing she didn't, he would have said her.

The staring continued on what would have been ages if they weren't interrupted by the noise some guys were making behind him. 'Aye James' someone called and he turned to look noting his head at them. He turned around and had this expression of embarrassment, she smiled at him some more and he shuffled his hair preparing on what he was about to ask her.

'Can I have your name?' he said and her brain froze on what was her name again. 'Uh Faith' was her awkward reply and in that moment he had smiled so brightly at her he blinded her. For he was the sun and she but a mere star next to him, why would he possibly care for her name.

She waved him a quick bye and was quickly walking away until she was in a corner by herself where she put her face in her hands and imitated whales sounds. James, she thought, she didn't ask for his name only went by what his friends had called him.

The sun was setting down and it was time to head home.

The tale of the little red riding hood came to her mind as she was going the path alone in the woods, where is her wolf she wondered.

For the girl with the red riding hood was in the forest in the first place looking for the wolf, to be chased.
