-  "there is never a time or place for true love. It happens accidentally, in a heartbeat, in a single flashing, throbbing moment"

Her eyes opened as the sun came in the room, invading the dark space. She rubbed them groggily as she wondered what had happened last night. Her mind was empty, she couldn't remember anything.

She went to the bathroom, her body begging for a shower. And by the time she came out, her face had a priceless look of mortification. What had happened last night?

She remembered how she was crying her heart off on Kerian's shoulders and she didn't even know why. It was like her heart was aching for a reason unknown to her. Her heart wanted something it couldn't have.

She felt so embarrassed facing her brother. He would probably think she was being on her period or something.

When she arrived in the kitchen the conversation stopped. She was surprised her father was having breakfast with them, he usually ate it in his office. She put a pancake on her plate and started eating hoping to avoid the stares everyone was giving her. Her dad cleared his throat, as a way to get her attention.

'How are you feeling love?' he asked in this fatherly tone that seemed so unfamiliar to her.

'I'm good' Faith answered indifferently. Everyone was looking at her like they expected her to blow up, observing her every movement. She caught Rhea eyes and was giving her a look as to say 'what is going on here?'. Rhea looked away.

When she finished eating, she got up and started making her way to her room. Why was everyone acting so weird? Had Kerian told them about her mini breakdown the night before?

She grabbed her phone from her bedroom and decided that she needed to take a walk to clear her head. She didn't know what was going on inside her, everything was messed up. She couldn't understand why she was feeling this way.

She followed the path from the backyard of the house to the forest that surrounded the area. Nature always calmed her down. The sun was shining through the trees, sounds of birds singing made the walk so calming that Faith signed in relief. She was at complete peace now, that always worked.

She was wearing cotton shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt, as it was so hot she thought she might melt. She plugged on her headphones and relaxed under the sun for a while. Suddenly a gust of wind passed behind her and her posture tensed even more. The same someone that was here was now exactly behind her, she could feel a presence. She felt a soft touch on the back of her shoulder, making her gasp from the sparks that it caused her. It was a pleasurable feeling. With determination she turned around, ready to face whoever was touching her.

No one was there. She could of swore someone had touched her.

She took out her headphones and looked around frantically, trying to spot out who was there. After a few moments she decided she was going crazy and started to make her way back to the house, lightly touching the spot on her shoulder.

It was lunchtime by now, when she entered the house Kerian and Rhea where waiting for her to go out as their dad had left for a meeting. She decided she wasn't going to change, it was too hot for her care about her attire and her sister was dressed similarly. But because she had curves and was chubbier than her sister on her body it showed too much skin as she's been told.

She hoped they wouldn't go somewhere fancy.

They ended up at a fast food place they had in the town, actually the only fast food place. They got burgers and chips and sat down to eat on a booth. Kerian was by himself while the girls sat next to each other. She was surprised she never noticed this place before.

Usually they never went out of the house when they stayed at their father's, as he always made sure there was food there, but now since Kerian got a car they wanted to get out of the house as much as possible. It was so boring in there.

The chicken burger Faith was eating was amazing. And when they finished their food they all agreed they would come back again for sure. They picked up their stuff ready to leave, Kerian was the first one out of the door followed by her sister. Faith was the last one and as she was pulling the door open exiting the place, someone else was entering.

Her shoulders touched lightly with the other person's. She felt the same tingles making her gasp. The same tingles from today on the forest.

Her eyes shot up and they met with the intense eyes that made her heart ache. He was there in front of her. The guy whose name was still unknown to her yet his features were securely placed in her mind.

Eyes looking at each other with yearning. Having him this close to her made her having difficulty to breath, her heart was going overdrive.

Finally after seconds that felt like minutes they passed by each other, and as she turned her head to the front Kerian was staring at her with a hard look on his face.

The door closed and she was nearing the car, she couldn't help but search for him through the glass windows. Her eyes found his and he was watching her. She quickly averted her eyes, her cheeks going red at being caught and she rushed to the car. Her siblings solid attention was on her and the intense moment she shared with the stranger from the other night.

They probably thought something was going on between them. When she entered the car Kerian was already rushing to get out of there.

Her eyes caught his one last time.
