chapter 10

taehyung chilled for three hours at jimin's house now and he's about to go home now. he hugs his best friend tightly. "text me when you arrive. i love you."

taehyung had a bad fight with his brother but it's taehyung's fault because he was acting stupid and now he's in a really bad mood. he shouldn't treat his brother like that he doesn't deserve it. he's the best brother in the world.

"i love you too.", he says and then they let go of each other. taehyung grabs his jacket and goes downstairs.

he leaves the house and the cold air hits him. it's just a ten minutes walk to his house and he enjoys the fresh air.

he arrives at home, takes off his jacket and shoes and goes to the livingroom where he meets his brother.

he goes closer to him and namjoon looks confused at first and frowns but when his little brother wraps his arms around his neck his face is softening immediately. he hugs him back.

"i'm sorry for acting like this earlier. that was really stupid and unfair of me."

namjoon smiles at that.

"it's ok."

then they hear someone coughing and turn around to see jeongguk. taehyung blushes and looks at his feet.

jeongguk heard how taehyung apologized to his brother and he thinks it's cute.

"i'm sorry, i-i'll go to my room.", taehyung says and wants to stand up but jeongguk stops him by holding him by his wrist

taehyung's eyes grow wide as he looks directly into jeongguk's face and his stare reminds jeongguk of a little puppy and he tries hard not to smile.

"i'm going home now anyway.", he explains. "school starts in two days, i have to prepare some things."

"o-oh, okay.", taehyung says and his cheeks turn into a deep red because jeongguk still holds him by his wrist.

"taehyung can you bring jeongguk to the door?", namjoon asks and taehyung nods, his eyes still wide.

finally jeongguk lets go of his wrist and they walk to the door. it's an awkward silence when jeongguk puts on his shoes and taehyung waits to say goodbye.

"thank you.", jeongguk says and taehyung nods. jeongguk wants to go but he turns his head to taehyung again.

"good night taehyung.", he says

"good night.", taehyung smiles and they share a few more stares, before jeongguk walks away. taehyung waits a little bit and watches jeongguk walking to his car.

jeongguk turns around and taehyung quickly smiles and waves. jeongguk chuckles and goes inside his car. taehyung closes the door and smiles, thinking about how cute jeongguk's face looks when he smiles.

"taehyung?" namjoon calls him.

"yeah?"

"i'm going to sleep."

"okay. sleep well."

*first day of school after vacation*

taehyung hugs jimin tightly as they're standing at the school gates.

"i missed you.", taehyung says.

"you've seen me two days ago.", jimin giggles. "yeah but still."

"oh my god, taehyung!"

"what?", taehyung asks and jimin just looks at a certain direction so taehyung turns his head. his eyes grow wide when he sees jeongguk. his heart does a weird thing and he has to admit that jeongguk looks hot as fuck.

he can already see all the girls staring at him. if they only knew that he's gay... that thought calms taehyung a little bit but he's still jealous. he has no right to be jealous but he is.

taehyung was thinking for a moment about going to him and ask him if he needs help by finding the office or something, but then he sees yoongi and hoseok already going to him.

"oh my god, there is yoongi! he looks so fucking good, oh my god-"

and that's the moment when yoongi turns his head, notices jimin and sees that he obviously was already staring at him.

his cheeks turn a deep red and he quickly turns around again. he pulls taehyung by his arm. "hey, wait!", taehyung complains but jimin doesn't care because he feels too embarrassed right now.

"let's just go to class.", jimin says and drags taehyung with him. "i wanted to stare at jeongguk a little more! did you see the way he styled his hair-"

"just shut up."
