Abby's POV

I walked through the woods, I was in my tiger form. I just escaped from an abusive pride, they used to beat me and some of the other women, but the other women were too scared to leave, claiming they had nowhere else to go. I didn't care where I went, as long as I was out of that hell hole.

I am a Werecat, I shift from human to a Maltese tiger. I have blue eyes, brown hair, and my skin is a soft, caramel color when I'm in my human form.

I looked around the woods, suddenly I was surrounded by lions, tigers, jaguars, and one large panther. I looked around at them, the panther shifted and looked at me.

"Mate." He said, a bit softer than what I have heard in the past.

I shifted, Blue, my tiger, was going crazy in the back of my mind.

"Mate?" I asked.

He walked towards me a bit, my head began to spin and I blacked out.

Adam's POV...

My beta walked into my office, saying there was someone unfamiliar in the territory. I immediately stood from my desk and we all ran out of the pride house. We all shifted and ran to where the intruder was. Once we got to the intruder, I was hit with a scent that smelt like freshly made cinnamon rolls. I felt Raz, my panther, going crazy in my mind. I shifted back to my human form.

"Mate," I said, a bit soft and worried because she looked so beat up.

She shifted, her body completely beaten up.

"Mate?" She asked.

She stumbled a bit and started to fall, I ran over and caught her, she was completely beaten up. I picked her up,

"Kyle, go get Dr.Hayes," I told my beta.

He nodded and ran off, shifting back when he got up to the house. I started quickly walking back and Dr.Hayes ran out,

"Jesus Christ, what happened to her?" He looked up at me.
"I don't know, we found her like this, she just passed out," I said.
"Get her inside, I'll grab my things," Dr.Hayes instructed.

I walked inside and laid my mate in my bed, Dr.Hayes ran in and I stood back while Dr.Hayes patched her up. After, Dr.Hayes stood up.

"She's very skinny for someone like her, the only explanation I can think of is that she was in an abusive pride." Dr.Hayes looked at me.
"When will she wake up?" I asked.
"Within a couple of hours." He said.

I nodded.

"Come on, let's let her rest, we have to figure out where she came from."

Dr.Hayes put his hand on my shoulder and squeezed it a bit, we walked out of the room.

Abby's POV...

I woke up in a soft bed, I opened my eyes and looked around. I was in a room, a nice room. I noticed the cuts on my body were patched up. I sat up a bit, my body ached.

Blue, where are we? I asked my tiger.
I think we're at mate's house.
You don't know?
I blacked out when you did, don't blame me.

I sighed. I pulled the blanket off me and slowly stood up. The door opened, I looked over, a handsome guy my age walked in. He looked at me,

"You're awake." He smiled a bit.
"Yeah, where am I?" I asked him.
"The pride house, you wandered into the territory and you passed out. Do you remember anything?" He asked, walking over.
"Sort of, I remember walking in, but I don't remember anything after," I said.
