My pack

Abby's POV...

A week later, I was already enrolled in the pack, everyone liked me already.

I was going downstairs to eat breakfast, they finally fixed the elevator. Once I was down, I went straight to the kitchen.

"Hey, Abby." I found Jade in the kitchen.
"Hey, Jade." I smiled.

Jade smiled at me. I made myself a bowl of cereal and started eating,

"Oh, we are going to the mall today with Vanessa and Maria, you'll like them." She said.
"Why are we going to the mall?" I asked.
"Girls day, plus, we have got to get you a phone." She said.

I smiled.

"I feel bad," I said.
"Why?" She asked.
"Cause you guys are spending money on me," I told her.
"We aren't, Adam is." she pointed out.

Adam walked over.

"What am I doing?" He asked.
"Buying Abby a new phone, since she doesn't have one," Jade said.
"Right." He said.

Someone ran into the kitchen.

"Alpha, Luna! There are some felines in the territory, but they're not rogues." He said.
"They?" I asked.
"They asked for you, Luna." He said.
I looked at Adam, "where are they?" I asked.
"In the back." The member said.

Adam and I walked out back and I saw all the women from my old pack. The youngest looked up at me.

"Abigail!" She ran over to me and hugged me.
"Tahlia? guys, how'd you get out?" I asked.
"It was all by chance, there was an attack and they left the door open, we all ran out and followed your scent." Tahlia looked up at me.
"My scent, I've been gone for a while," I said.
"It was strong, probably because you were supposed to lead us." One of the women said.

I looked at all of them, then up at Adam.

"Abby, who are they?" Jade asked.
"They're some of my pack," I said.

Adam ran a hand through his hair.

"What do we do?" I asked.
"Let's get them to Dr.Hayes," Adam said.

I nodded, I looked at the women.

"Come on, you guys are safe here," I said.

Everyone started walking inside, but I smelt something.

"Wait," I said.

Everyone stopped and looked at me.

"What is that?" I asked.
"What?" Adam asked.

I took a deep breath in, smelling the air.

"Wolfsbane," I said.

Adam looked at me, he smelled the air and turned back to Jade.

"Let's get everyone to Hayes, get patrol back inside and secure the area, find out where that's coming from." He said.

Jade nodded and we got everyone inside, we walked them to Dr.Hayes office and Dr.Hayes treated them while the packhouse was locked down. I looked at Adam, he pulled me into his chest. I hugged him.

After a while, some of the pack members who went to check out the wolfsbane came back.

"It's in a small area, some of the women who came walked through it, we set up some markers around the area so we know to stay away, just until we can get that area cleaned." One of them said.
"Where is it?" I asked.
"Towards the edge of our territory, looks like a hunter trap maybe." He said.
I sighed, "thank you, let everyone know about that area, and that its safe to go out now." Adam said.
"Yes, Alpha." He said.
