“You freaking lied to her?” Zayn yelled standing up off the chair her was sitting on.

“Harry, you dumbass,” Niall yelled, face-palming.

“Why did you lie to her?” Liam asked, calmly.

“’Cause he’s stupid,” Niall spat. What was his problem?

“I panicked, OK?” Harry replied, looking at his lap. Why had he even told them? Liam’s eyes softened.

“It’s OK, Harry,” Liam said, understandingly. “We have to just tell her when she gets- did you guys hear that?” Liam suddenly said. All the boys looked at each other. None of them had heard anything.

“Liam, what are you talking about?” Louis asked, curiously.

“Maybe your ears were just ringing,” Zayn shrugged. Liam looked at the ceiling. He was sure he had heard a muffled scream.

“Yea,” Liam said, trying hard to keep listening, but he heard nothing. He tried to shrug it off but the thought never left him.

“Mate,” Louis yelled, knocking him into real life. “Are you OK?” Liam was about to reply but he heard a piercing scream, and no doubt the boys all heard it too. They all looked at each other before charging up the stairs.

It was coming from Patricia’s room.

Liam tried to open it but it was locked. He banged on it and after a minute, he started thumping it, getting it to open.

As soon as it opened, Liam gasped. It was an old man, with his hand raised at Patricia. Patricia looked as if she was to cry. Shining beads of sweat were on her forehead and her body. Patricia was struggling to breathe.

Liam lunged forward and took Patricia out of the room. The man watched, smirking.

“Oh, Patricia, I see you’ve gotten yourself a boyfriend” the man cackled. “As if! No one can love you! You’re mother took you in cause she had to.”

A sob escaped Patricia’s lips as Liam took her outside, away from the man. He was enraged; no doubt that was Patricia’s father. They both had the same unmissable features. All was fact, Patricia was abused by her father.

Liam turned to her father, a mad look on his face. He growled and charged towards the man. The man was stronger than Liam had anticipated, and he was armed. As soon as Liam got close enough, something was banged on his head. He fell to the ground and as soon as he did, her father kicked him in the stomach with force and stepped on his ankles so hard that they were nearly broken.

“Dad!” Patricia screamed.

Patricia fell on her knees beside Liam.

“How could you?” she yelled between sobs. “It’s bad enough you took my childhood away,” even Patricia was surprised at her own outburst, but glad. Now that Patricia had opened her mouth, it would not ever close. “Not anymore! You are not going to rule my life anymore!” she grabbed a chair from the side of her bed, and launched him towards her dad. It got him in the gut.

He winced in pain. He walked on top of Liam and walked towards her. Patricia didn’t even flinch from the look her father was giving him.

“How dare you?” the prisoner growled. Harry wanted to attack him, but Louis stopped him.

“It’s her battle” he said.

Patricia huffed and slapped her father.

“You dare call yourself a man!” she yelled, “A man would pick on someone his own size,” suddenly, the police burst through the door. Zayn had called them.

Patricia watched in disgust as they dragged him out of the room. She ignored his threats to get her back again, but inside it scared her. She never wanted to see him again. Not now, not ever. She was ashamed of her father.

She remembered the time that he and her used to go to the park together. He had bought her anything she wanted. Then she never expected for this, monster to rise inside her dad. She hated him now. It's funny how quickly love can turn to hate.

Patricia turned to the boys, who were waiting outside the door. Liam was in front of them all. She ran to Liam and grabbed him in a hug, the other boys joining in later.

"Patricia?" a voice said as Patricia sat on the porch. She turned to see Harry.

"Oh, hi Harry." Patricia smiled. Harry shakily sat beside her.

"I have something important to tell you," Harry sighed. "You're mom-"

"I know you lied." Patricia admitted. "And I know that it wasn't you who read my diary, it was Liam."

"How did you know?"

"About my mother, I knew you lied when you did." she replied, "I just didn't have the courage to argue. And as far as the diary thing goes, Liam came and apolagized before you did." Patricia laughed. She found it even funny about how guilty Liam was just a few minutes before. She was very hurt by the fact that Liam had invaded her privacy, but she had always read, if someone hurts you to help you, they truly care.

"And you don't mind?" Harry asked.

"Hm, I let him off with a warning." Patricia said, cheekily. She and Harry shared a laugh, and Harry noticed that Patricia had never laughed so much.

"Can I ask you something?" Harry said, hesitating a little. Patricia nodded. "Would you have ever lived in Cheshire." The smile faded off of Patricia's face.

"I did." Patricia answered, in a vague voice. "With my dad." she added.

"I knew I knew you from somewhere." Harry smiled, doing a small jig sitting down. Patricia laughed.

All Patricia had ever done is cry, now she wanted to laugh a little. She just hoped it wasn't too late to live like a normal human being.

OK guys, I'm really sorry last time this was little rushed. I added a little bit more to it and now I'm a small bit happy with it. I'm going to do a sequel, if you guys still want it. I know these last few chapters were really crappy and I know the Wattys made me rush a little, but I sort of have exams coming up too. So I needed to study. And still do.

In the sequel I really will do long updates, or try at least. The watty's are pressurizing. :( I am also going to do the epilouge again.
