Yeosang's point of view

I look down in front of Cina's door and Seonghwa is curled up in a ball sleep. She's been in there for two days straight, it's concerning and annoying.

I kick him softly and he groans. He lets out a yawn before sitting up, he smacks her door out of frustration.

I really didn't want to do this but drastic times calls for drastic measures. I pull out my phone and dial a quick number, she answers after a few rings.

"My second son in law!"

I smile at her excited voice.

Me: Mama Choi, Cina won't..-

The bedroom door flies open and she snatches the phone out of my hand. Once she tries to shut the door Seonghwa and I hold it open. She sends us a little glare, which is so fucking adorable.

She goes back to her bed under the covers making us sigh.

Seonghwa: As amazing as I am..

Here he goes.

Seonghwa: I'm not a mind reader, you have to communicate what's wrong.

She doesn't move or say anything.

Me: If this is because of the Giselle thing I'm sorry. I love you, not her. You should know this!

Again, nothing.

Cina has her moments where she gets upset and doesn't tell us anything because she doesn't want to worry us. But it's never gotten to this point. Seonghwa approaches her bed carefully not wanting to trigger her anymore at this point.

Seonghwa: Babygirl, are you in pain?

She sits up from under the blanket, her eyes are puffy and red as if she's been crying all night. The sight alone is enough to make me break down. She nods her head slowly and we waste no time getting in the bed with her.

Me: Where does it hurt?
Cina: Everywhere.

I kiss her forehead trying to calm her down.

Cina: Giselle.

We say nothing.

Cina: Whether she knows it or not she's pretty, she's smart, and funny. Most importantly she's a masochist, a perfect match for you.
Me: Cina.

She stops me from talking.

Cina: Seonghwa, you're surrounded by plenty of  smart, beautiful females at your college as well.
Seonghwa: But I'm here with you.

She shakes her head.

Cina: And all those girls are healthy.

Her voice becomes softer and shaky.

Cina: They don't have seizures in the middle of the night or migraines that get to the point where everyone has to get out of the house because every little noise hurt. You won't have to constantly worry if they died in the middle of the night.
Me: Cina.
Cina: Let me finish.

She wipes away her tears.

Cina: I love both of you so much, but then reality hits me. My condition is stressful and the thought of any girl snatching you two away hurts. I wanted to kill Giselle, in front of her own damn brother because I was so angry.

She holds both of our hands.

Cina: I don't want to lose you two, ever. But there's a chance that this surgery may..-

Seonghwa slaps his hand over her mouth, a bit too hard because she whines and he chuckles through his tears.

Seonghwa: Sorry but we don't want to hear such things. After graduation you'll have the surgery, it'll go perfect and then you'll be on bed rest for a little bit with us as your two servants.

I nod my head.

Me: Seonghwa will be an amazing CEO, you'll be an amazing doctor and I'll be hating my accountant job.
Seonghwa: Then we'll have that huge over the top wedding our mothers so desperately want.
Me: Then we'll have a honeymoon so kinky the hotel will probably kick us out.

She giggles, that's the sound I love to hear.

Seonghwa: Later on down the road we'll have mini Hwas and Sangs.
Cina: How will we explain our relationship to the kids?
Me: Have Santana do it. She'll have to explain to her kids why they have seven dads.

She smiles.

Cina: I'm sorry for ignoring you guys. Should I apologize to Giselle?
Me: Yes.
Seonghwa: No.

We look at him and he shrugs.

Seonghwa: I don't like the Chois.
Me: We see.
Cina: I had every right to be mad but I didn't have to choke her.
Seonghwa: Or rip her hair.
Me: Or kick her face.
Seonghwa: Or..-

Cina hushes us.

Cina: I feel bad already.

The doorbell goes off, who could that be?
