I skip into the house with a huge smile on my face.

I sit at the meeting table bored out of my mind as my dad and his colleagues exchange ideas and other advice.

I stand up interrupting the meeting.

Me: I just got an urgent text, I need to go home.

I burst into the bedroom and glare at the two failures on the bed. Cina lies there eating pringles while Yeosang plays animal crossing.

Me: No one gave me the memo we were skipping things today!
Yeosang: Didn't you get the hint when we ignored our alarms this morning?
Me: I thought you guys eventually got up.

"Nope." they both say at the same time.

Hongjoong and I chew the lasagna with forced smiles. Char stares at us with wide hopeful eyes and I do not have it in me to crush this girl's spirit.

Char: Is it good?
Hongjoong: It's amazing honey.

She squeals out of excitement before running upstairs. I instantly spit the food into a trash can.

Me: What does that mean?

Me: Char is adorable, she's one of those people I can't be mean to. I feel like if I was to be mean the angels from heaven would come down and beat my ass.

He hands me a bottle of water and I thank him.

Hongjoong: The boys and I are doing our annual club hopping this weekend. Wanna' come?
Me: Sure!
