Raven's point of view

I can't process what the hell my life has become.

Am I complaining? No.

Am I confused? A little bit.

Anyways, I put my conflicted emotions aside because tonight is all about Char. She called me a few days ago screaming her head off because Hongjoong proposed. I was beyond shocked but you know what? They deserve each other and I couldn't be more happy for her.

So to celebrate their engagement they're having a little celebratory get together at Hongjoong's house. The door opens and Char pulls me into a tight hug, she looks so pretty.

Me: Congratulations.
Char: Thank you!

She shows me her ring and I nearly faint. That thing looks like it costed the amount of my tuition. The girls are huddled in the kitchen talking and drinking while the guys are in the basement, Hongjoong's man-cave.

Cina: Hey Raven, how are you?
Me: Pretty good.

She smiles before going back to her conversation with Santana.

Santana: Apparently she's pregnant.

My eyes widen.

Char: Who?
Santana: Chae.
Me: By who?
Cina: YangYang.

Well shit, Angel sure did dodge a bullet.

Cina: I find it hard to feel bad for her, she should've never betrayed Yeosang.

I sip my champagne as they continue with the situation. Char doesn't pay much attention as she stares at her ring, the twinkle in her eyes shows just how much in love she is.

I hope one day I can feel that and have someone see the twinkle on my eye. Love seems like a beautiful thing to have but it's hard to find, that's for sure.

My heart falls to my ass when Yuta walks in the room. Normally if I see a dude I had sex with I brush it off, no big deal but this time it's different. Everyone says hi, as does he.

He looks at me and I look at him, neither one of us say anything. He grabs a case of beer out the fridge and walks out.

Char: What was that?
Me: What was that?
Cina: That awkward hello.

I shrug not wanting to get into it.

Char: Oh I know, Raven has a crush.

My eyes widen.

Me: I do not!
Char: You sure about that?
Me: I'm positive.

She hums not believing me, Santana squints her eyes at me.

Santana: I thought you were with San?
Me: With San?

She shrugs sipping her wine.

Santana: He said you two were together.
Me: Well, kind of. We're dating but didn't put labels on it.
Cina: Oh honey, I've been there before and that's far too complicated. If you like him just lock it down now.

Char nods.

Me: Well, a week ago we kind of did something. We uh, had a threesome.

They all gasp except Santana.

Me: It was with Yuta.
Cina: P-p-polygamy.

Char giggles.

Me: I don't know. San and I are one in the same, sex is what we run off of.
Santana: San seems to really like you though. He sent me four different pictures of necklaces to see which one was right for you.
Me: Really?

She nods.

Santana: They were all ugly but it's the thought that he went to even buy you one is what matters.

That's true.

Santana: What I'm saying is, give him a chance. He's trying.
