5 : WAR.

Everyone was getting ready with their weapons and gears, in order to protect their own homeland. All soldiers were lined up in front of the main gate. Terror painted some of the men kind faces, bravery could be only seen for those who have a burning spirit to fight. While Hongjoong was filled with anxiety, hoping that Seonghwa will be safe. He tried not to think much but he couldn't. So he gave himself a slap on the face and made up his own mind before deciding anything. The red haired male was beside him, putting on the specialized mouth mask. Hongjoong had it too but he didn't want to put it on yet.

In the other hand, Seonghwa was staying at the second line in front. Guiding the Scorpion squad. His eyes weren't like the ones he had before, it was filled with rage as if he would kill anyone. This is the third sudden attack they're receiving from the side that humanity despise the most, so he clenched his teeth. The Leaders were dressed up well in black attires but the Commander of War was dressed up in a gold attire. He raised up his hand to signal the Falcon squad, observing every corner for the land. Then he snapped as he saw a massive black creature running towards them.

"yes sir, responding to the command."
Choi San spoke, after receiving the last signal for the actual attack.

Loud explosives were heard, shoutings were trying to defeat the sound. The ELITEs of Scorpions and Venoms merged to the front with the well trained new troops. Everything became a complete chaos after Seonghwa sliced a red massive demon in half, continuing with the other people ending those evil creature's lives. Seonghwa's eyes were glowing blue without his realization and he never knew that it could happen.

'I have to win for him. For everyone to live.'
Seonghwa thought to himself while battling for justice, even though his blood will be one with soil.

Hongjoong was focused on every of his targets and didn't expect himself to work with Mingi in an absolutely amazing performance. Both of the boys backed up each other but Hongjoong started to loose his own balance as he saw Seonghwa struggling with an unknown class of Demon, who was apparently battling with him hand with hand. Seonghwa was lacking which made Hongjoong having the biggest urge to help him, not aware there was a demon opening its own mouth widely to kill this tiny male.

"HONGJOONG BE CAREFUL!!"
Mingi shouted and shoot the A class demon, preventing the creature to kill the smaller male.

It made Hongjoong snaps into reality, thanking Mingi for everything. He had to pay more attention on everything so he was back on his feet, shooting every of these unwelcomed creature to death. He lost the trace of Seonghwa, he was dead worried of it. Anger was starting to fill up his mind and worry began to taint his heart. He could only hope that the other male will survive through this battle. He could only hope, yeah, just like how he hoped his parents to be safe.

Seonghwa was shouting and stabbing the demon with all of his strength, eyes glowing to the hue of red. Everyone who took a glance at Seonghwa was either scared or confused, how could this tough male..... suddenly have his eyes changed into the colour red? No one knew, not even Seonghwa himself. The number of demons were decreasing so on the number of the soldiers. We could say that they're wounded or, dead. Seonghwa's head ticked at the thought of Hongjoong.

'wait, WHERE'S HONGJOONG?!'
He thought to himself, slowly getting worried.

Which gave an opportunity for a AD (ABSOLUTELY DANGEROUS) class of demon to tackle Seonghwa down.

The demon was different than those terrifying creatures, this one had a human like features. His black hand that was lined up with green veins wrapped around Seonghwa's neck tightly, raising a hand that could kill a person by just one go through. The demon laughed at the weakened male who had blood dropping down from his forehead so on the extremity of his mouth. His eyes were burning the red hue, staring deep into the abyss's eyes.

"SO YOU'RE THE SON OF VERMONT? WHAT A FUCKING SHAME."
The demon sounded evil like how he was created, giving Seonghwa more reasons to burst.

"I CAN'T ACCEPT THIS. I SHOULD'VE BE THE ONE FOR VERMONT TO CHOOSE, NOT YOU."
The demon shouted which finally made Seonghwa snap, veins popping on his neck.

Seonghwa was shouting out loud which wad affecting every of the demons to lose control, driving themselves into self destruct mindset. Loud screaming came from most of the demons, yet human kind could only cover their ears to the shouting. The demon who was trapping Seonghwa was trying to cover its own ears, despising the shout of the male. As the demon was lacking , Seonghwa took an opportunity to use his sword, piercing through the demon's glowing chest.

Hongjoong's jaw dropped. He was speechless. He couldn't believe what he witnessed. But he knew, whatever the other male was, he's still the same Seonghwa. So Hongjoong didn't even wait to act and ran to the other male. Seonghwa was panting heavily as tried to sat up, yet his body was getting waves of an unusual power. It made him scream in agont, not knowing what to do. His eyes were glowing again and he realized that just now.

Hongjoong flinch at the sight, debating whether to approach the other male or not. Everyone who was witnessing the situation left speechless and felt terrified, is this a human or another demon? Did Seonghwa use a facade? Hongjoong could only grit his teeth at the whispers of the soldiers, now stepping front to Seonghwa just to pull him into his embrace.

Seonghwa was calmed down slowly as he looked up to the other male, the warm liquor still dripping from damaged spots due to battling with those evil creatures.

"Say my name."
Hongjoong whispered softly, holding the other tightly into his arms.

"Hongjoong. Kim Hongjoong.... Hongjoong... Hong...Joong..."
Seonghwa said his name for multiple times, before the world turned black for him.
