Nicki POV
We were still in the waiting room we've been here for 3 hours and we haven't heard anything about my mother we kept praying that she makes it I really don't want to lose my mother she's my everything I fell asleep on Meek's chest
I was woken up by Meek calling my name I opened my eyes and the doctor was in front of us I quickly stood up
"Is she okay?"
"She's okay" she said
"What was wrong with her?" Meek asked
"Her body doesn't have enough nutrients, does she skip meals?" The doctor asked
"Yes" I answered
"She needs to eat, if she doesn't want to eat you have to force her to eat she's older and more vulnerable to get any type of infection or illness so she must eat 4 meals a day if not 3 and a fruit" she said
"Okay doctor, if she doesn't want to eat I'm whooping her" I said
"That's a very good idea" she said
We all laughed
"She is discharged, please make sure that she eats her food old people are stubborn and sneaky so please watch her as she eats to make sure that she doesn't throw the food away" she said
I nodded
"Okay let's go see the madam" she said
We followed her and signed the discharge papers
On our way back home I gave her a lecture about not eating

I was taking a walk with my mom around our estate she also needs to exercise as we approacched the house I saw a female knocking on our door I walked faster and greeted her
"Can I help you miss?" I asked
"I'm Leah and I'm looking for Meek" she said
"I'm his wife Onika, what do you want from my husband?" I asked
"I'm here to give him back his abortion money, I've decided to keep this baby" she said
"I don't follow" I said
"He made me pregnant and then forces me to get an abortion, he can keep his money I know he's broke since he's outta the game" she gave me the money and left
I couldn't process what she just said Meek impregnated some low life my head was spinning I sat on the floor my mom came over to me
"Did you win the lottery?" She asked taking the money from my hand and counting it
"No" I said

Wait until he gets home I got something for him
My mother and I went inside and started preparing dinner Meek finally arrived I was boiling mad at him
My mom went to take a shower
"How was your day?" He asked
"It was just fine" I said chopping the carrots
Well more like brutally murdering them
"It doesn't seem like it was fine the way you cutting 'em carrots says something else" he said
"Don't try me Meek" I said
"Okay Nicki tell me what's wrong, you know I can't read minds" he said
I threw the money that low life gave me in his face
