Meek POV
It is 1 am and Faith has been crying since 11 pm I am so tired I don't know what her problem is and the girl doesn't wanna tell us what's wrong with her
My mother, Leah and I have been trying to get Faith to keep quiet and sleep cause that's her job
Tonight was Leah's turn to take care of Faith's silly needs at night but the minute Faith started crying nonstop Leah joined her and they both cried
"Faith if you keep crying like this you're gonna have a headache" Leah said
I took out my phone and Googled how to make your child to stop crying and the thing that caught my attention was to drug your child to sleep
I took her Panado syrup and poured 2 teaspoons into her milk and mixed it then gave it to Leah
"Give her this, it might help" I said
At first she didn't want the milk but she eventually drank her milk and was knocked out
Parenting 101
"What did you put in my baby's bottle?" Leah asked
"Panado" I said
"Thank you, I was worried that she was going to damage her throat or something I don't like it when she cries" she said
"No parent likes it when their kids cry but you crying wasn't helping at all she thought y'all were playing some game" I said
She laughed
"Thank you Meek" she said smiling
"It's cool" I said
"You need to go back to sleep, you're going to work tomorrow" she said
"Yeah goodnight Leah"
"Goodnight Meek"
I left and went back to sleep

I was so close to throwing her out the window

I was going to work today and I hate the fact that I'll be leaving Faith behind but I'm leaving her in good hands
I got dressed and had breakfast that my mom made then went to work
I kept calling and checking up on my baby girl she's probably wondering where her handsome daddy is, this day was slow as hell I couldn't wait to get home to my little princess
After work I went to Leah's house and Faith was crying her little lungs out I took her from my mother
"Daddy's home babygirl no need to cry" I said kissing her cheek
Leah gave me her bottle and I fed her
"Look at daddy's cute little princess" I said
She was sucking the hell outta her bottle
"Why she drinking her milk so fast? Did y'all starve my baby while I was gone?" I asked
"Boy we don't drink baby milk why the hell would we starve her?" My mom asked
"Cause y'all jealous that she stole daddy's heart, look at you cute baby" I said
My mom rolled her eyes
"You smell good and you look good" I said to her
"I know you couldn't wait to be in daddy's strong arms" I said
After feeding her I put her to sleep and went to Nicki's place I bought wings and fries on my way back I got home and Nicki was very happy to see me only because I bought food I gave Mama Carol her food she wasn't paying any attention to us cause she said she had very important things to do which was to watch Netflix
