Chapter 12

Ashley's POV

I woke up to the sound of chris screaming at my mum. I look at the time  and its 5:30 in the morning. What the fuck are they screaming about at this time? I reluctantly stood up and chris burst into my room grabbing me by my hair.

"Hey you, I want you out of this house before 7:00am, do you understand? "He said and kicked me out before walking out. I walked up to the bathroom and looked in the mirror rubbing my face. The bastard avoided my face in his stupidity but other body parts we're not left behind but he avoided vital organs. I pulled off the stupid hospital gown I had on when he took me from the hospital. I could still see the marks given its just the next day. I turned on the shower and stood under it, cold water running down my body as I scowled. The bastard used all the hot water he ain't even paying for. I took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. I wore my hoodie and sweatpants even though today is already showing signs of being hot. I took my backpack and my phone and dialed Eric's number as soon as I walked out of my house.

"Hey babe oh my goodness where the hell we're you? Do you have any idea how worried I was huh? Where are you? I'll come pick you up. You may be wondering why I'm awake at 6:00 in the morning, well its because my mum is now making sure I'm part of the 5:30 am morning devotion because she said and I quote'i haven't seen you with any girl maybe you need to pray' who prays to get a girlfriend? I mean....... "He ranted.

"Eric"I said interrupting him.

"Please just meet me up at the final turn to schooling five minutes and bring me a sandwich and maybe a KitKat okay "I said.

"Ok I'll be there in three minutes max"he said.

"Thanks I need to eat before I die of hunger"I said seriously.

"Ash are you sure you're ok I've noticed you're moving as if you're in pain"Eric asked. We were in the school's packing lot, still in Eric's car and this is the third time he asked me this question in the past hour.

"Did your mum seriously allow you wear that? "I asked changing the subject, but to be sincere he was wearing ripped jeans and an oversized sweatshirt that fell over his shoulder.

"Oh"he said looking at his clothes, "No she didn't, this is matt's sweatshirt and I found it in my car "he said. Well the thing is Eric still hasn't come out to his family yet because they are big homophobes and they never fail to mention it.

"Come on let's get in"I said even though we're thirty minutes early. I got out of the car and walked into the school with Eric following me.

"You know I don't like coming to school this early"Eric said walking beside me.

"Psst look"Eric said and I turned and saw the school's devils as they call themselves.

"Ashley how are you doing now? "Evelyn asked me as we passed.

I nodded. I don't know if she got it or not but I don't give a flying fuck. I quickly ushered Eric away. What were they doing in school at this time. I'm also trying to avoid Wesley even if he doesn't know I'm diamond and its silly but that boy can be a psychopath when he wants to.

"Wait"Eric said suddenly, "what is today? "He asked with his eyes wide open.

"Friday why? "I asked. He dramatically fell on the ground. I laughed and lifted him from the ground.

"What? "I asked and he fell on me.

"Friday means test day and that means we have to take a test and I did not even glance at my bag all week not to talk of studying "he explained.

"Well then you're gonna have to cheat "I said and he almost fell unconscious. We have a test every Friday in school and Eric forgets every Friday.

"Cheat? "He whisper yelled, "I'm not doing that you know how nervous I can get when I do that sort of thing, the teacher would know immediately "he said and folded his arms with a pout on his lips like a spoilt little child.

"Ok then enjoy Miss Cummings biology test"I said sacarstically.

"Its Miss Collins and we're having a biology test? "He asked puzzled. I nodded and he slapped his forehead continuously. At that moment the bell rang.

"We were seriously talking for half an hour"I said surprised now noticing the teenagers walking through the halls. I patted Eric's back and we walked to class and sat at the back.

"I'm not prepared for this at all"Eric complained.

"I am"I said smiling

"You're evil, evil I tell you"he said pointing at me with a frown and I chuckled making him pout. He just looks so cute.

"Ok settle down we're about to start the test"Miss Cummings said and everyone groaned. I didn't even notice her come in. She opened a folder and brought out test paper and started sharing it around. I looked down at my sheet seeing four questions.

"You have an hour to finish and I'll shorten the time every time someone disrupts the class"she said and went back yo her seat as I felt my phone vibrate in my pants. Who the hell is calling me? I sneakily brought my phone out and saw max's name on it. I should probably pick up, it may be important. I put my camouflage earpiece on and picked up. Half of the class were already murmuring and Miss Cummings was fast asleep so I whispered

"Please have as good reason I'm in the middle of a biology test. "I said

"Boss "I could hear the panic in his voice. What is going on?

"Yes"I answered cautiously

"We've been hacked"he said.

"What"I whisper yelled.

In the cabin, before

We lay there staring wide eyed at each other.I can't believe I'm kissing this bastard

"Gross fucking get off me bitch"he said in anger. I sighed and would have punched him if my hands weren't held down by him.

"You're the one holding me down asshole"I said and he jumped away from me as if I were hot coal. I stood up quickly seeing an opportunity to run away but he grabbed my hand and pulled me till our noses we're touching.

"You will tell me right now what you know about my family "he said angrily. I smiled and looked him in his eyes seeing that killer intent in his eyes and that's when it clicked in my head, his family is his weakness, he doesn't ever want to see them hurt and he'll do everything in his power to stop them from getting hurt. Now that I know his weakness I will be sure to use it against him in future.

"Are you trying to be scary? "I asked sacarsm dripping from my voice.

"Oh I can be very, very scary"he said a sick smirk on his face. He let's go of me and I look up and see that he already handcuffed me to the bed. I saw him walking over with a very dull edged knife looking at it with a smile as he slowly walked towards me.

"I know exactly how to make my victims talk"he said and he was about to dragged the knife painfully over me when I got up and threw a punch at him but he dodged and kneed me in the stomach making me bend over coughing up blood.

"And I know just how to make you talk little bitch "he said putting the knife close to my cheek smiling sickly
