Narrator's POV

It had been 3 days and not once did Y/N not leave her computer.

She had always wanted to work at home so she took a small business job. She was in charge of filing the orders and things that dealt with money.

Her boyfriend, on the other hand, was worried sick about her.

She wasn't there when he was going to eat dinner, go to bed, or just anything that they'd always do together.

The only time she'd leave her small office space in their apartment was when she was going to use the restroom.

Teru was worried sick about her because not only has she been pulling multiple all-nighters, she had not been eating much.

I mean he'd bring snacks for her and everything, but she hadn't had a meal for days.

Teru opened the door and stared at the hardworking Y/N.

She was in her sweatpants and a big T-shirt with fluffy socks.

He walked over to her and set down the snacks. Teru brushed her hair behind her ear and kissed her cheek.

"Honey, when are you going to take a break?" He sweetly asked her kneeling down onto one knee so that his face was leveled to hers.

"I don't know yet... maybe tomorrow?" She said sleepily.

Teru sighed and grabbed her hands.

"Sweetie, it's been 3 days since we've sat down and eaten dinner together... plus, I miss you every night. I miss having someone to hug... so please take a break..." He told her leaning in to peck her nose.

She furrowed her brows feeling him kiss her nose.

"But if I don't continue working I won't be able to pay the bills-"

"Babe,... please take a small break... I just want to spend one hour with you at least. After that hour is over you can go back to work but please..." He pleaded giving her the puppy dog eyes.

Y/N bit her thumb and then nodded her head. She couldn't resist those beautiful blue eyes.

"Alright, I'll take a break..." She softly spoke to him before shutting her laptop and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Teru got up and offered her his hand. She giggled taking his hand and standing up from her spinning chair. The two walked into the small living room and sat down.

Teru gave her soft kisses all over her face while she sat there giggling.

"I love you so much..." Teru smiled sweetly at her.

"I love you too..." She rested her head onto his shoulder and looked up at him smiling.

"Honey, when I get a promotion I promise I'll pay all the bills," Teru told her leaning his head down to kiss her forehead.

"What?!? No~! I'll help pay the bills too ya know~" She said in a teasing voice.

Teru laughed and pulled her into a hug.

"Whatever happens, promise me that you'll take more breaks.... oh, and...rest at night~!" He said burying his face into her neck.

She giggled and kissed his head. "I promise my love~"

He came back up to look her in the eyes before giving her a small passionate kiss.

She smiled, kissing him back with the same amount of passion.

When the two pulled away they smiled at each other, looking into one another's eyes.

"Well, mind if I help you with dinner tonight?" Y/N asked getting off the couch.

"Of course! And thank you for finally eating with me this time!" He told her in a loving tone.

She laughed and went into the kitchen with Teru following behind.

Teru kept on thanking himself for disturbing her during work.

Finally, they'd eat together and hang out with each other after a few days.
