Narrator's POV

It was just your average afternoon. School had gotten out 30 minutes ago. Y/N, Yashiro, and Kou walked together as they made their way up to Hanako's bathroom. "I missed Hanako-Kun so much today!" Y/N squealed. "You guys are so adorable together!" Yashiro commented, giggling. Y/N's cheeks dusted a light pink. "Thank you, Yashiro-San." Y/N smiled. "Ya, you guys are adorable but Hanako should really notice and talk to you more often," Kou commented. "He just needs time! We only started dating two weeks ago so it's normal for him to feel awkward!" Y/N replied. Kou sighed as he walked in front of both Yashiro and Y/N to open the bathroom door. Yashiro giggled. "Thank you". "Thank you, Kou!" Y/N added following Yashiro. "Hanako-Kun!" Y/N called out, looking around the bathroom. The three looked for Hanako until somebody walked in through the door. "Y/N-Chan, Yashiro, Kou?" Hanako asked. Y/N's eyes filled up with excitement as she ran up to Hanako and pecked his cheek. Hanako blushed and continued walking into the bathroom. Y/N sighed, walking up to Yashiro. "So... do you guys wanna clean?" Hanako chuckled nervously.

"No." The three of them replied in sync. Hanako sighed and slumped down up against the wall. Y/N went over and joined him as well as Yashiro and Kou. Y/N rested her head up against his shoulder and hugged him. Hanako reddened and stood up. Y/N groaned. She was using his shoulder as a pillow for thirty seconds and now he just stands up? Y/N crossed her arms and sat there pouting. Hanako nervously chuckled and grabbed a mop. "Well since nobody will clean then I guess I will!!" He declared picking up the mop. Yashiro let out a chuckle and looked over towards Y/N. It was a little strange. Lately, it always seemed as if Hanako was ignoring Y/N. Yashiro knew that she should help Y/N with her boyfriend, she wanted to help her out because that's what good friends do!

Yashiro stood up and went over towards Kou. "Kou-Chan, can I talk to you in the hallways for a minute!'' Yashiro asked giving Kou the puppy dog eyes. Kou nodded. Be right back, you guys!" Yashiro called out, grabbing onto Kou's hand and dragging him out of the bathroom. "So what is it you wanted to talk about Senpai?" Kou asked. "We need to help Y/N-San and Hanako-Kun! We need to get them closer!" Yashiro whispered. "You're right, Senpai! Hanako has been ignoring Y/N's affection a lot recently... so what do you plan to do?"Kou asked scratching his chin. Yashiro smiled and told him her plan. Yashiro was going to first, record some videos of Y/N's denied affection, then Yashiro was going to show and talk to Hanako about how he should appreciate Y/N's affection. Kou agreed to help Yashiro film. "When should we start recording?" Kou asked, placing his fingertips onto the bathroom door. "Tomorrow! Tomorrow is when 'operation get Hanako-San to notice Y/N-San' happens!" She joked. Kou let out a little laugh and opened up the bathroom door. Little did Y/N or Hanako know what the other two were up too.

When the next day came, Yashiro and Kou were prepared! Kou had cleaned his phone's camera three times already! Yashiro had also cleaned her camera but she also brought a notepad to take notes about Hanako ignoring Y/N's affection. Kou and Yashiro met up before the first bell rang. "You ready?" Yashiro asked giving Kou a smile full of determination. Kou f nodded and walked with Yashiro up to Y/N's locker. Y/N had just arrived and was putting away her notebooks. "Hey Y/N-San! We're about to walk over to Hanako's bathroom want to come with us?". Y/N nodded her head and shut her locker. "I'm excited to see Hanako-Kun!" Y/N cheered. Yashiro giggled. "Y/N-San you say that every day!". "It's because I love him... whenever I'm with him I feel the happiest!" Y/N softly spoke. Kou grabbed onto his blouse and grabbed near his heart. "My heart..." Kou mumbled. Yashiro giggled at Kou and looked back over at Y/N. When the three arrived, Kou opened the door and winked as Yashiro followed behind Y/N. They were prepared! When Y/N saw Hanako she smiled and ran up to him. She gave him a big hug and rested her head onto his shoulder. "I missed you Hanako-Kun..." She muttered into his shoulder. Hanako reddened and looked away. While all of this was happening, Kou was the one who was secretly recording. Y/N pulled away from the (strangling) hug and smiled at him. Although his face turned away from her's, she smiled happily. This time, it was Yashiro who put her hand onto her heart. Both Yashiro and Kou agreed that they were too adorable! "Oh, Hanako-Kun! I bought miniature doughnuts for you! I stopped by this one pastry store that was located close by to my house." Y/N said handing him over a cute little blue box with a pink ribbon. Hanako blushed and smiled. "Thank you, Y/N..." Hanako gushed. "I bought you two of six different kinds of doughnuts. The lady was nice enough to give me a discount on them because I told her they were for a special someone!". Hanako flushed 80 different shades of pink as he held onto the box. "She considers him special?' "Hey Y/N-Chan, Hanako-Kun... we should all go on a walk along the outside of the school today!" Yashiro suggested. "That sounds like fun!" Kou added on. "I can't wait!" Y/N gushed. Hanako slowly nodded. Hanako couldn't believe Y/N bought him doughnuts... and they weren't just any old store-bought doughnuts, they were freshly made. 'She's too cute...' He kept on muttering to himself.
