Finding Carter

Chapter 20

We continued to drive to my house but then I turned into the Taco Bell driveway and parked. We walked inside and got our food and sat down. 

After we were finally done with the day it was 6. 

We were at my house and me and Matt have been watching movies for a while. Then a thought came into my head. 

School starts in 3 more days. Maybe me and Matt..? No, stop it Lia. I continued to watch the movie when all of a sudden Matthew put his hand on my thigh. 

I look at him and smile. He does the same and smiles back. I really do like Matt. I know he cheated on me but everyone has told me that he hasn't hung out with any other girls besides my family, his, and Mahogany. 

I know he didn't mean to cheat or that it was even his idea. But, maybe we could be a thing again?

The movie ended and me and Matt decided to go for a nightly swim. We started doing this I really don't know why.

As we changed and got downstairs and outside to the pool Matt kept his hand somewhere on me. Either on my shoulder or my waist.

I mean it doesn't bother me that he does that. I actually kinda like it.

I jumped into the pool shortly after Matt and shivered my butt off. The water was so cold.

I guess Matt saw because he pulled me close to him and hugged me tightly. I started getting used to the water and slid out of his grip.

I went underwater to try and scare Matt but, he just followed me. Well thanks... 

I sat on the bottom of the floor of the pool and Matt did the same. 

I sat on his lap and he started leaning in. That's when I started to not breath.

I ran up to get air and he came shortly after. Dangit!! All these things are happening to us whenever we try to pull a move.

Then I pulled Matt over and stood on my tippy-toes and kissed him.

I felt the butterflies I used to feel with him. We pulled away and smiled at each other. He is just adorable. I kissed him again and it turned into a mini makeout session.

When we were done we grabbed our towels and dried off and changed.

I gave Matt a pair of Keith's sweats and a shirt. He barely wears these cloths so I don't see why he would be mad.

That reminds me I haven't seen him all day.

As I was up in Keith's room I saw a note and it said:

Going to Florida for the week to meetup with a college for a while. Sorry I didn't tell you guys, I thought mom would've have a good week. Love you guys <3    -Keith  

Oh okay well I went back to my room and gave the cloths to Matthew. He changed right in front of me and don't get me wrong I was definitly watching him because he's hot.

Tonight should be fun with Matt, because it always is. No drama. Just us two.

So here's chapter 20. Nothing really happend because it was just the rest of the day. But, the next chapter should be of after break and school starts again. So yeah.. enjoy :)  ~Kaitlyn
