Finding Carter

Chapter 7

I was literrally so glad he did that. I have been cheated on before. It isn't fun.

Once I was done with my test in my last period. I just sat there. I took out my phone and looked through instagram and twitter. Making sure my sound was off. This is the only teacher I really love cause 1. She is young and cool 2. She let's us on our phones 3. She just amazing! and 4. Because she really pretty. 

Matt wanted me to meet him at the football field because he wanted me to watch him. So I did.... (Just saying but school is over and she is at the football field) It was about 20 minutes later.. No sign of him. I saw all the other boys but not him....... They started practice without him I guess. I started to get bored. So I took out my phone and texted Matt.. No answer... Weird.....

I decided to just leave and go home. But what caught my eye made me so mad..... He was kissing the girl that I saw with him at lunch.... I felt the waterworks coming.. I blinked to make sure I was correct and not just imagining it. Nope. It was real life....

I burst out into tears and just ran. I could hear him yelling but I didn't care... He looked like he enjoyed making out with her... I was just done. As soon as I got out of that school and down by my street. I needed to talk to someone. I took out my phone and searched through my contacts.

Jayden... no...

Adrian.. no

Farrah.. maybe

Then I reached the one I wanted. I tried to clear my throat so it sounded like I wasn't crying. I pushed call and put it up to my ear...

"Hello?" He spoke.

"Hey can you come to my house right now?" I said.

"Okay I'm on my way. I'll bring my homework too so we can work together." He said.

"Okay" I croaked.

"Lia, are you crying?" He said determind to know

"Yes, just please hurry.." I said and ended the call.

I hurried home and went to my room to fix my makeup that was all over my face. I think me and Matt are broken up. It just sucks cause I see him everyday. He is also my neighbor... Ughh.

I heard the door knock from downstairs and I went downstairs to see Carter there. "Thank you so much for coming" I said as I hugged him. "Okay now will you tell me what happened?" He said. I sighed and went up to my room with him following. I told him the whole story. He was pretty shocked. "Matthew is never like this! He never cheats or anything!" Carter said obviously getting very very mad. "Hey it's fine. I was planning on breaking up with him anyways." I said. I sighed again. 

"So wanna do some homework?" I asked. "Sure" he said grabbing his backpack as I grabbed mine. "Wait I want a snack. You can stay here if you want" I said while walking out of my room and going downstairs. I got a bowl of grapes and when I went to go and get some water bottles I felt hands around my waist. 

I turned around to see a smiling Carter. I blushed and looked down. "Awh it's cute when you blush!" he said while he put his index finger under my chin and lifting it up. Was I already falling for Carter? I just got out of a relationship though... I smiled thinking about maybe we could be together. 

"Watcha thinking about" Carter said. It was like he was reading my mind. I shook my head and just went up stairs with the snacks still smiling like an idiot and still thinking of what he said and my thoughts. We started doing our science homework.

Once we finished I looked up to a smiling Carter staring at me. "What?" I said kind of blushing. "Nothing, your just beautiful." I blushed even harder. Wait.... He likes me? I kinda like him too...We both started leaning in and kissed. I smiled after and I felt my cheeks turn red. Dangit why is he so adorable! 

We begin to talk awhile and he got to know me while I got to know him. I looked at the time. "You know we have been talking for hours?" I said suprised. He looked up suprised too. "Well dang, I should probably get going beautiful." He said. Here comes the blushing again. We walked downstairs and stopped at my porch.

"I'll see you tomorrow. I'll pick you up in the morning maybe?" he asked. "Okay." I said smiling. He kissed my cheek and walked off to his car. I waved as he pulled out of my driveway. I walked back inside and closed the door. I ran upstairs to see I have a couple missed calls and a lot of texts. All from Matt.. I really didn't want to talk to him. I looked through the texts and listen to my voicemails. He did sound sad but not really.... 

I pushed that out of my head and got ready for bed. Brushing my teeth and getting into my pjs. I put my phone on my charger making sure my alarm is on. I got under the sheets and drifted off to sleep thinking about Carter <3

Aw that is so cute!! Okay and you may think the same: the magcon boys are not like this! But, I know. They aren't bad and rude but just imagine it for the story somehow :) The other boys should come up soon because of them hanging out with Carter. But yeah, so I guess Lia may go with Carter.... Hehe. I have the next part already planned out and I'm kind of excited. Idk why but I am... Anywho...... See you next time! ~Kaitlyn :)
