Chapter 30

I woke up and my music was still playing. I decided to pick out my outfit for today which was a black skater skirt, paired with my "Just go with it" crew neck. Then I hurried up and took a shower.

Once I get out, I play some music and start to do my hair. I curl it slightly and put my outfit on. I put a white flower crown in my hair and tie my vans. I also put some winged eyeliner on then went down to eat some yogurt.

As I was eating, a bunch of thoughts came in my head. Why would Matthew go through 2 years of this college already, then just leave.. Was there someone else? He didn't even give me a good reason. Actually, he didn't give me a reason at all.

Keith came down and noticed me just staring at my yogurt. "You okay Lia?" I looked at him "I'm fine, just gonna go out today" I told him smiling. At least its half the truth. "Mkay, don't lie to me" He chuckled then ran up the stairs.

I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and took a quick picture to post on Twitter and Instagram, cause I mean I liked how I looked.

I walked outside and got into my jeep. I pulled out of the driveway with my window down and my music playing. I sometimes enjoyed just being by myself and just listening to music.

I pulled into a parking lot at the mall and got out. I started to walk around until I saw Ariel. I haven't seen her since maybe my first year of college. I'm guessing she saw me too and started to freak out and scream.

"Lia!!!" Basically about the whole food court looked at us. She basically ran into my arms. "Hey what have you been up to" I asked her smiling. "I'm figuring out my musical instruments" She said giggling. I couldn't help my laugh too because of how weird this girl is. "What have you been doing?" She asked me.

And this is kinda what I didn't want to say. This is the reason; Ariel really liked Matthew and I dating. She would always help me on our dates and etc. But, now I have to break it to her that we aren't a thing anymore. Even when he said I was his world and I was the only girl he wanted to be with. He never said anything about coming back, so he probably won't. He probably stay in whatever college and be with some other girl.

All these thoughts in my head made me start to tear up. Ariel noticed and pulled me in one of her signature hugs. "Tell me what happened baby girl" She said. I pulled away and looked at her. "Matthew and I broke up" As soon as I said that her whole facial expression changed. It's like now she's all upset and angry. Like I said, she loved us being together. But, I can't lie; I did too.

~~~~~~2 Hours Later

So I know this happened quickly, but now I'm at a coffee shop with some guy named Kian. I think that's his name. Ariel made us hangout, so he met up with us at the mall. But then, Ariel left. So him and I started to hangout and walk around.

"So Ariel told me what happened.." Kian said looking down. "Oh.. Yeah" I said just looking right at him. "It happened to me too, my girlfri— well ex girlfriend broke up with me because of college. But, then I noticed that she dropped out and just left to live with her friends." He said looking out the window.

"I hope that doesn't happen to me.. But, he already left" I said and looked down. After a while I looked up and noticed that Kian was already looking at me smiling. I blushed and slowly turned away. "Hey, don't be shy. That smile is just amazing. And your eyes? It's like I can see a galaxy of stars. Your so beautiful and gorgeous Lia. I know you aren't ready for a relationship neither am I. But, you can just text me or call me and I'll be there in a speedy second. Just tell me when your ready, because I'll be right beside you." And after that, Kian took my hand and we walked back to mine and his car.

"Have a good night beautiful" He said and kissed my head. He turned around and got in his car and left. I stood there just smiling. People were just looking at me like I was crazy. I got in my car, turned my music up and just thought of Kian. No one else, but him. He made me... Happy. Like Matthew did, then all of Matthew and I's memories flooded back into my head.

Then one thing after another, I was in the middle of a intersection. Head on the steering wheel. Blood rushing down. Last thing I heard was, "HELP THATS MY BESTFRIEND" And then everything went dark.
