"Roddy!" My little cousin Camilla said coming down the stairs and I said "Yeah"
"Can Sadè come over so we can get ready to go?" She asked.
Camilla is my little cousin, only a year apart. She had some issues at my aunt and unc's house, so I told her she could stay here until she get on her feet.
"Nope. She ain't coming in my house" I said, Sadè is her annoying home girl. We always go back and forth everytime we in the same room.
Side note: Sadè is pronounced Sha-Day in this book.
"Please! She's supposed to do my makeup" Camilla said pouting.
"Where y'all going anyway?" I asked.
"To the club" Camilla said.
"Oh nah, you not going" I said.
"Roddy I'm grown" Camilla said rolling her eyes.
"So?" I said.
"Can Sadè please come in?" She asked poking out her bottom lip.
"You got a dollar?" I asked.
"Yeah.. Why?" She asked me.
"Because that's the only way she coming in here, is if you give me a dollar." I said, Camilla smacked her lips pulling out a dollar then handing it to me. I put it in my pocket.
"My own cousin finessing me" She said shaking her head then going back up stairs.
"Oh well" I said chuckling, then the bell rang and I went to the peephole seeing it was my girl Cyeda.
I opened it saying "Wassup baby" and gave her a kiss.
"I missed you all day" She said walking inside and we both sat on the couch and I started rolling up a wood.
"I missed you too, I just be busy in the stu and everything" I said shrugging. Cyeda and I been going strong for almost a year now. We coo.

"Yeah I know. Too busy for me" Cyeda said pouting and folding her arms, I chuckled and said "Never too busy for you baby. What you tryna do? Lay up?"
"Well, can we go out to eat tonight?" She asked.
"Yeah sure" I said.
"Roddy open the door! Sadè is here!" Camilla yelled down the stairs.
"Hi Camilla!" Cyeda said sarcastically, her and Camilla don't like each other and I don't understand why.
"Bye Cyeda!" Camilla said back, I chuckled and got up from the couch, walking to the door.
Once I opened it, there stood Sadè and I sighed.
"Wassup. You look, terrible as usual." Sadè said, already starting with me.
