Chapter 39

Roddy POV

"Alright, I sold everything." I said to Ant, I'm back working with him and I had extra money coming it so I'm set.

"Coo, now we got a lil meeting with this nigga in the back. Come in" He said.

"Aight" I said shrugging as I walked to the back with him, seeing the nigga sitting in there clearly frustrated.

"Finally." He said with an attitude.

"Calm down, we had some business to take care of." Ant said.

"Now I came here simply to ask y'all one, and one question only." The man said.

"And what's that?" I asked because I wasn't feelin this nigga's energy at all.

"Where is Country?" Ant asked.

"He dead. Next question." I said.

"Who killed him?" He asked me.

"We still don't know." I said.

"Mhm" He said sarcastically.

"We don't, but take it how you want." I said.

"Well how about I'll find the mothafucka myself? Might be you huh?" He said.

"And your mama will be planning your funeral." I said.

"You know what I'm sick of all the chit chat, I'm gone let this do the talking for me" He said pulling out his gun and sitting it on the coffee table in front of us.

"Shit. Nigga put that shit up" Ant said to him.

"Because you ain't scaring nobody nigga" I said.

He chuckled and said "With me, this a whole new deal. And I ain't the nigga y'all wanna play with. I will find out who killed my nigga Country. It had something to do with your cousin."

I looked at him, and chuckled.

Then all three of us, me, him and Ant grabbed our guns and started shooting. Of course, me and Ant shot at the nigga. Once we seen he was no longer moving and he fell to the ground, we stopped.

I was breathing heavily as Ant looked down.

"He's dead." Ant said.

"Shit" I mumbled.

"It's okay we gone have the generals clean it up, this never happened. Alright?" Ant said.

"Yeah.." I said, sweating bullets. We walked quickly out the room seeing the generals waiting.

"Go clean up the back room" Ant said to them, they nodded their heads and went in there.

"Roddy, you go home to your girl nigga. Aight?" Ant said, I nodded my head as he walked away. I was breathing heavy.

I just... It's been a minute since I capped somebody. So I didn't know how to take it. But I had to do what I had to do.

Sadé POV

I opened the door for Roddy and he instantly hugged me tightly. He was sweating like crazy and he looked extra nervous.

"You okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah just hug me" He said, I shut my front door and locked it before hugging him back, I was confused but I was going along with it.

"If I tell you this you can't tell nobody. Not even Camilla." Roddy said.

"I got you." I said as we pulled away from the hug, we walked to my living room couch and sat down.
