Sadè POV

"Hey dad" I said giving him a hug as he walked in the house. Rodrick left about an hour ago, but we had a good time last night.

"Good morning baby, Roddy still here or?" He asked.

"Nah he just left an hour ago after we ate. I saved you some food if you're hungry" I said.

"I am, thank you" He said as we walked into the kitchen.

"How's your back?" He asked.

"My back is feeling better, my stomach is still sore though. And my face.. But I'll be okay. I have a head to do today, Camilla's. But we gonna position different so I won't be in pain." I said.

"Okay that's good." He said.

"Oh she's bringing her boyfriend too, you'll be able to meet him. He getting his haircut by me as well." I said.

"Oh aight fasho, Camilla said they've been dating for over a year now." He said.

"Yeah they going strong" I said with a smile.

"That's good, lookin forward to meeting him" My dad said.

"Sooooo how was it?" I asked. For breakfast I made something different then usual. I made salmon croquettes so, I wanted his opinion on them.

"This shit hit baby" He said and I laughed.

"Dad who have you been around? Got you using our lingo" I said.

"Aye I ain't old yet, let me live" He said chuckling.

My door bell rang, and I said "Ooh it's Mill. I'll be back"

"Aight" My dad said as I walked to the door, holding my back slightly. It felt way better than it did last night, because Rodrick put a heating pad on it. But it's still a little sore.

I opened the door seeing Camilla and Lucas.

"Hey!" I said giving Mill a hug, then Lucas afterwards.

"Hey bestie" She said.

"Wassup Day. You feeling better?" He asked.

"Yeah.. Don't mind my face." I said sighing.

"Don't say that, you good. Plus he got taken care of right?" Lucas asked.

"Yeah... I don't know what my dad did.. But he did something." I said, Lucas chuckled.

"I like him already." He said. "I told you you would." Camilla said.

"Follow me, he's in the kitchen" I said as we walked in, and soon as we walked in him and Lucas made eye contact.

"Lucas?" He said.

"June?!! Wait hold up" Lucas said laughing.

"I didn't know you were Camilla's boyfriend. Aye it's good to see you man" My dad said getting up, and they did a handshake before they hugged.

"Yeah you too unc" Lucas said. My eyes widened.

"Unc?" I said.

"Somebody explain please, I'm so confused." Camilla said laughing a little.

"Baby you know I got remarried a while back." My dad said to me.

"Yeah so?" I said.

"To my aunt." Lucas said.

"Wait-" I said.

"Soooo hol up. That means Lucas and Day are......?" Camilla trailed off tryna think.

"Babe really?" Lucas said laughing that she even had to think about it.
