Eighty: Goodbye

Shelby smiled sadly as well before opening the front door for the both of them. "Come on, babydoll."

Audrey smiled to her lover, taking another deep breath not to cry in front of her parents. As they got into the car, the actress opened the trunk and started putting the bags in it, Morganne and Alice waiting for them inside.

Once the bags were in the car, Shelby turned to her lover again. "Are you okay, gorgeous?" She asked softly.

"I am," Audrey nodded softly, smiling weakly. "I'll be okay."

Shelby placed a soft, loving kiss on her fiancé's lips. "Okay, babydoll. I love you so, so much." She said softly.

"I love you much more," Audrey said softly as they pulled apart, smiling sweetly at her lover as she started going to the backseat, Morganne sitting there already.

"Can I be in the middle?" The girl asked sweetly.

"Of course, sweetheart." Shelby said with a small smile. She walked to the other side of the car, so then Morganne would be in the middle.

Morganne smiled happily, instantly wrapping her arm around Audrey's as she entered the car.

"Ready?" Alice asked once everyone was in the car and buckled in.

"Yes." Shelby said softly.

"Yes." Audrey smiled.

Morganne smiled brightly as she hooked her arms with Audrey's and Shelby's, holding them close.

Shelby smiled even more as she wrapped her arm around the girl.

Alice pulled out of the driveway, and made her way to their grandparents' home.

Audrey smiled down at Morganne, who smiled to her before hugging her closer. In no time, they arrived at their grandparents' house, the car starting to stop.

"We should be fast, you guys can wait in the car if you prefer." The actress said softly.

"We'll stay here." Alice said.

Shelby nodded before unbuckling herself and letting go of the girl.

Audrey did the same, getting out of the car and waiting for Shelby to meet her at the other side.

Shelby walked to the other side, grabbing Audrey's hand. "Ready, baby?"

"Yes," Audrey nodded, smiling at her lover as they started walking to the house. As they reached the door, the actress knocked on it. In no time, footsteps started being heard.

"Lollipop!" Annabel smiled as she opened the door, her husband behind her.

"Audrey! It's so good to see you!" The man smiled. "Who's that pretty woman with you?"

"She's my fiancé." The actress said sweetly.

Shelby smiled softly. "It's lovely to see you guys before we head to the airport." She said softly.

"Oh, that's true." Annabel smiled, pulling Audrey in for a hug. "Don't worry, I'll explain it to him later," she whispered at the actress' ear. "I love you, Lollipop. Thank you for passing by."

Audrey smiled as she nodded, hugging her grandma back. "I love you too, granny. Take care."

Shelby smiled to them both. "Thank you for being so welcoming to me while being here."

Audrey pulled apart from her grandmother and hugged her grandfather. "I love you, gramps."

"I love you too, Lollipop," the man said softly as he hugged the actress. "You scored high in this one." He whispered with a smile.
