All that for nothing... Part 29

It's only me...

I went near the restaurant and hid in the bushes. I waited there until Y/N and her friends came out of the restaurant. They were walking in the park talking and laughing. For some reason, Jason has been really close to Y/N lately. I was just following them around hiding in the bushes and trying not to make a sound. Then, I heard them talking.

Mark: Does anyone need to go to the bathroom? I really need to go..

Lucy: I need to go to.. do you guys need to go?

Y/N: Not really.

Jason: I don't need to go. We can just wait for you guys here.

Mark: Sounds good.. Be back in a few minutes!

Then Mark and Lucy left. Now, it was just Y/N and Jason. I felt really uncomfortable spying on them talking.

Y/N: Today has been really fun!

Jason: Yea it has! Do we have any homework due tomorrow?

Y/N: I don't think so.. If there is then I'll remember. But I know that we have a project due tomorrow.

Jason: In what class?

Y/N: Math class. The teacher wants us to present and talk about the unit so he knows that we have been paying attention in his class.

Jason: Oh I finished that..

It got silent. I was scared to move because I thought they would know that I was spying on them. Then Jason started to speak.

Jason: So Y/N... I need to tell you something..

Y/N: What is it?

Jason: I know this might sound weird but.. I like you..

It got silent again until Y/N spoke.

Y/N: I-I like you too.

Jason: Really?!

Y/N: I've liked you for a long time now..

Jason: Do you want to be my girlfriend?

Y/N: Yes!

Then they started to lean in for a kiss. Then I jumped out of the bush still shocked from what I just heard.

Jin: STOP! YOU GUYS BETTER NOT KISS!

Then I started to tell Y/N about the dangers of dating. While I was babbling on, I heard them laughing.

Jin: Why are you laughing? This is serious!

Y/N: Just to let you know.. I knew you guys were spying on us. I heard you guys talking about it.. and it's a prank..

Jin: What?!

Jason: That was funny! We knew that you were following us. We planned this before we went to hang out.

Jin: All of the things I did was all for nothing?!

Then Mark and Lucy came out of the bushes laughing.

Jin: You guys were a part of this too?!

Lucy: Yep!

Y/N: That's what you get for spying on us while we were hanging out!

Jin: Sorry.. I won't do it again..

Y/N: If you want me to forgive you then you have to do something for me..

Jin: What is it?

Y/N: Don't spy on us ever again and Mark, Lucy, and Jason are coming for dinner!

Jin: Ok...

Y/N: Don't feel down! I got you ice cream! It's your favorite flavor!

Jin: Ok! Let's go home!

Mark: His mood changed quickly..

Jason: Yep..

Y/N P.O.V~

Then all of us went home. When we arrived, we saw Jungkook, Taehyung, and Jimin playing video games while the others are watching them.

Hoseok: Taehyung your aim sucks!

Taehyung: Shut up! If you think it sucks then you do it!

Namjoon: Do you guys even have a strategy to this game?

Jimin: Nope!

Yoongi: I'm going to sleep..

Jungkook: I don't think you'll be able to sleep through all of this noise!

Then they all noticed that we were back and saw Mark, Lucy, and Jason behind us. They looked kind of worried because Jason was here. They all looked at Jin but he just looked normal.

Hoseok: So... How did it go?

Y/N: It's fine! We knew all about your plan so..... Let's just have dinner!

Jungkook: Good! I'm starving!

Jin: You guys better set up the table!

We all went to set up the table while Jin was cooking. Then you saw Namjoon going into the kitchen.

Namjoon: Do you need some help?

Jin: Nope! For all I know, you're going to break another knife!

Namjoon: What?! When have I don't that?!

Jin: I remember when I told you do cut the onions but you managed to break my favorite knife and diced the onions! I only told you to cut them!

Namjoon: Ok ok I'm sorry! I'll but you a knew one!

You started to laugh.

30 minutes later~

Jin: Dinner is ready!

Jin put all of the food on the table and we started to eat. While you were eating, Taehyung tapped you on the shoulder. You looked at him.

Y/N: What is it?

Taehyung: So how did you prank Jin?

Jungkook: Oh I want to know to!

Jimin: Me too!

Namjoon: I would like to know.

Hoseok: Can I hear?

Yoongi: I would like to hear the story.

You looked at Mark, Lucy, and Jason. You already saw them laughing. You looked at Jin. He had a red face and red ears but he continued to eat peacefully. Then you told the story. They all started to laugh. Jin's face got more red. Then dinner ended and you went to sleep.
