Tammi Croteau Keen is a writer, analyst, and personal and professional development coach with a passion for learning. She has earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music Education and English (with a concentration in Creative Writing), a Master of Arts in Music and a Master of Science in Emergency Management, and is nowhere near finished with her pursuit of higher education.
A 21-year Army veteran, Tammi was the first female to serve as Commander of the 741st Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Company, Washington Army National Guard. Her EOD training and experiences led to her interest in science, and were the catalyst for numerous opportunities for her own personal and professional development throughout the years.
Tammi is an avid runner, having completed countless 5K and 10K runs, 23 half-marathons, and the L.A. Marathon in 2015. She dedicates her miles to her I Run 4 buddies, Brianna, Cheyanna, and Sarai, and loves to enjoy a weekend run with her "AccountabiliBuddies," Meagan and Hailey, and their daughter Bentlee. She is also a dedicated member of Orange Theory Fitness, attending frequent "therapy" sessions with Coach Kadye and the 4:15 crew.
When she's not in Texas with her husband, Josh, and furbabies Emma, Briscoe, Houdini, and Maverick, Tammi can usually be found seeking Vitamin Sea and satisfying her bicoastal tendencies on the shores of Daytona, Tampa, or Seattle's Alki Beach.
