Chapter 52

A L E X

Sometime through out the night I had turned around and had my face in Damon's chest and my arms wrapped around his waist and him likewise. I looked up at his long lashes. They were really long and I was kind of jealous. Even though I didn't want to I unwrapped my arms from his waist and I slipped out of his arms.

I grabbed my phone and checked to see that it was 5 in the afternoon. I went to the bathroom. When I got out, Damon was sitting up on my bed. His hair was messy and  he was rubbing his eyes.

"Afternoon sleeping beauty." I said smiling at him. He looked up at me and smiled.

"Are you feeling better?" He asked me.

"Surprisingly yes I do. Thank you for getting me all that food and for staying." I said nervously. Damon got up and walked towards me until he was standing in front of me. I looked up at him. I really liked the shade of blue that his eyes were. They were mesmerizing.  I was so lost in his eyes that I had snapped out of it when I felt his hand on my cheek. It sent a rush of tingles through me.

But I liked the feeling the simple gesture caused me. He caressed my cheek with his thumb before he started to get closer. I knew what was coming and there was no way that I was going to stop it.I stood on my toes so that I could meet him halfway. His lips barley brushed mine before the door busted open.

"Hey Bitc—" Kenneth started but saw what was about to take place before he full on smirked at us.

"What's going on—oh!" Ava said standing beside Kenneth. She also full on smirked. We all just stood where we were at, waiting.

"Oh no please continue." Kenneth said. I stepped away from Damon as he did the same.

"Well Damnit Kenneth, we should have opened the door quietly and then peaked through." Ava said disappointedly.

"Oh girl trust me it's gonna happen again and next time we'll be more prepared." Kenneth said.

"Wait how do you know?"Ava  asked him. Damon and I looked at eachother knowingly. We both knew the last Kenneth was there to interrupt last time as well.

"This is the second time I almost catch them smooching." Kenneth said knowingly.

"When did the fist time happen? Tell me everything." Ava demanded.

"Ok so it started at the party" Kenneth started before he walked out the door and downstairs with Ava beside him, as he continued his story.

"I should really put a bell on him or something. It's like he senses these things." I said. How the heck does he always know?

"Next time he won't know. And when that time comes there's nothing stopping me or interrupting." Damon said grinning at me.

"Really? Well it better be one hell of a kiss." I said no longer nervous.

"Oh it will be but until then , I'll have to settle for that ice cream in your fridge." He said as he began going downstairs.

"Oh hell no you're sharing that!" I yelled as I ran after him.
