"Are we going to just wait for them to attack?"

Kunikida sighed as he typed something in on the computer, possibly codes to something Taiyo doesn't understand. "Basically. That's why you need to prepare."

"Are we even sure that they'll be attacking us today? What if they don't know?" The blond has decided to just not answer that question, since he himself didn't know the answer. On the outside, he tried his best to stay calm, but inside he really didn't know what to do. They really don't know what they're facing, but he knew that these people he's siding with is strong. A little light in a dark place really helps.

"Who do you think we're fighting first?" Taiyo unconsciously asked Ranpo who was at her right, "Probably that couple. They seem weak." She crossed her arms, "True. I mean, only one fighter and the other is an analyser? What is this, pokemon?" Ranpo snorted at her comment.

Ranpo and Taiyo babbled on for minutes, seemingly making a younger detective stare at them. "They're like two peas in a pod, ne, Dazai-san?" The brunette glanced over them, trying to look like he didn't care one bit about their interaction. "Mm." He hummed as he returned to helping Kunikida with the computer. Atsushi just sweatdropped at his superior, confused as to why he was so angsty today.

Right now, the other members of the ADA were at a small abandoned building the agency once owned. They couldn't risk the outcome of destroying their entire office; especially with other departments downstairs and citizen outside. They decided to stay her until the Plagues come and make their move.

Fukuzawa, Yosano, and Kenji were out patrolling around the area. Checking to see any movement of the group.

None of them had any idea what the Port was doing- they only agreed that they will be working together if ever they run into each other or the leaders assign them to a task. The two agencies won't be working side by side as one group; that will surely result to killing if they have different opinions.

A strong shake was felt throughout the abandoned building, causing some rubble to fall near the detectives. "What the-?" It felt as if it was a normal yet strong earthquake, but the detectives were still on guard.

Just then, a woman who seemed to be in her early 30s walked in the building like it was nothing. A man who was around the same age, yet had deep eyebags, followed behind her. "Wow! You detectives really know how to hide!"

Kunikida was tapping their walkie talkie, "President?! Yosano, Kenji, are you alright?!" Static was the only sounds that returned the blond's cry for assurance.

"Oh, was that their names? I apologize but they seem to have passed out when I used my gift." The ADA widened their eyes, surprised by this woman's strength.

Taiyo moved her eyes to the left to completely make eye contact with Dazai. She had an idea, and by looking at him, then to Tanizaki, he knew immediately. Taiyo focused her attention back to the duo, while Dazai subtly tapped the ginger with his hands behind his back.

"I accept your apology." Taiyo said while taking light steps forward, hands inside her pockets. "Although, why knock my colleagues out? Quite a rude entrance, don't you think?"

"I apologize once again, but we're here to simply knock all of you out as well." The woman smugly answered back. Taiyo didn't show any weak emotion in her face; it was strong, and it intimidated the opponent by a bit.  "What a goal. I'll have to say though, you can't do it with me around." The woman loudly laughed, and the man she was with cringed at the loud sound. "You?! You look nothing close to a warrior!"

"I didn't say anything about being a warrior."

The woman was about to say something obnoxious once again, until the guy behind her pushed her to the side and cleared his throat. "Forgive my wife. Enough of the sweet talk, how about we get to the fighting?"
